I eat raw bacon all of the time as long as its fresh an quality it's good to eat raw...I don't eat it raw often but sometimes when cooking bacon I'll eat a piece raw...

Bacon is healthy for you...in Keto its nearly the perfect fat to protein ratio...Jim could eat only back, steak and cheese and electrolyte water and maybe some sauerkraut for a few months and be under obese I would argue eat salmon, liver etc...But in theory a bacon diet only at least in the short term few weeks/months could help you loss weight and get into a deep ketosis
