We just have to learn how to adjust and make time for each of them. Wishing you all the best in your work! And thank you for your sweet comment, you're very kind🥺💖

Great video!!! How many comic books do you read on the week? or number of chapters. One more question. What sort of media or content in general do you consume to get inspiration?
Aww thank you for such kind words!!🥺❤❤ My comics are currently under construction and the first chapter will be up in a few months. For now, you can check out my Instagram page for updates -> @sashinnie
It takes a lot of practice but you'll get there. I would suggest starting with the basics - practice drawing human anatomy and observe how manga artists carry out their comic projects and deliver their stories to the world. I hope this can help! :)
The best tip is time management and setting your weekly goals. For example, pick a day in a week that is ideal for you to focus on your uni assignments and another day where you're comfortable working on your comics. Be sure that you finish your important tasks as planned. For me, I focus on my assignments on the weekdays and draw my comics on the weekend. I may not be an expert, but this is based on my experience in balancing both work and leisure. I hope this can help and do take care! :)
I'm using a Wacom Bamboo drawing tablet and the software is Paint Tool SAI. Well, sometimes I use Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop too And thank you so much! Means a lot to me :)❤
Hii, I want to be a webtoonist and I want to go to South Korea to have that possible, but sometimes I doubt and put myself down because I’m not already Korean, I can only do certain parts of drawing. Seeing Korean webtoonist Twitter also put me in a since that I can never be able to achieve this dream. Sorry it’s a lot, but do you think I’d be able to do such a thing?
Hi Octo, what I can say is that becoming a webtoonist has no limitation, which also includes nationality. Even though you're not Korean, it is still possible to become a webtoonist/comic artist. If your goal is to create stories that take place in a different country (for example, Korea) what I can advise you on is to learn about the society of Korea in order to create your stories smoothly and follow up with the living lives of Koreans. The basic tools of becoming a webtoonist/comic artist is to have a basic understanding of drawing human anatomy, be able to write stories, and read comics/mangas for referencing and studying. Aside from that, I believe it's possible for anyone to make their dreams come true. Especially you! It won't be done overnight to make it happen, but in time, it will come true if you put your mind into it. I hope this can help and I'm wishing you all the best! :)
Are you from the U.S.? If so, you really don’t need to migrate to Korea if you want to be a professional Webtoonist. Webtoons are starting to make a huge wave in the U.S., meaning that North America -based webtoons with distinct western styles (like Lore Olympus) are doing very well, and will continue to grow in popularity in the future. Even westerners who make webtoons with those Korean/anime styles are doing very well, you don’t have to be Korean in order to make those kinds of comics. Just teach yourself the fundamentals of art, practice comic-making, and release your own Webtoon.

I always write fanfictions, fantasy novels as my hobby and i get complimented a lot since i have maladaptive daydreaming i'm very good ag imagining and always transform it into stories but after reading a few comics i started to want to make my own comic series since i can also draw but i don't know what it takes to be a comic artist
That's awesome to hear that you write fanfictions and novels! And you can draw too, WOW! If you're thinking about converting your written stories to drawn images, there are 4 things you will have to consider. 1. A perfectly planned story - a story that has undergone many changes and logical refinements. 2. A basic understanding of drawing that consists of human anatomy, color schemes, shadings, and a strong mental library. 3. (This one is the most important component you need to keep in mind) Patience and dedication. It takes months or even years to complete one whole comic series, depending on how long your story is. It would be good to create a comic that everyone would be DYING to see the flow, the action, and the ending. Just like watching a movie! You have to be dedicated enough to finish where you started in your comic. 4. A basic understanding of expressions and speech bubbles. Strengthen your mental library by continuously reading comics. I may not be an expert but this is based on my knowledge and experience, I hope that this can help you! Wishing you all the best in your work!! :)

I'm currently a university student and I've resigned from that job (in the video) for that reason. That job was not related to the creative industry. It all depends if you choose to work in the creative industry OR work in a different industry and make comics as your side hobby/job I hope this can help you!

To be honest, you can study whatever course you'd want to study as there is no college/university course for comic art, sadly :( However, anyone can be a comic artist no matter what they studied in college/university or how old anyone is. There's no limitation☺so that means that you can start your career as a comic artist anytime you want, even now if you would love to hehe The basic tools you'll need to prepare in order to become a comic artist is to be able to draw, write stories, and read comics/mangas for studying or referencing purpose! You can go ahead and study fine arts to enhance your drawing skills! I hope this can help! :)

Hey there, I want to let you know that it's possible to be a manga artist regardless of nationality and race. What you'll need to do is to have a basic comprehension on the Japanese society (for example, manners, clothing, rules and regulation, etc), to practice drawing human anatomy to make your drawings accurate, and to read manga for studying or referencing purpose. If you are interested to include the Japanese language into your manga, you can get someone else who is fluent in Japanese to translate your comics for you. (Google translate won't entirely help😅) But if that option does not work, you can take your time to learn Japanese at your own pace. Japanese or not, it's all about how you can create your story and make your story unique and stand out from the rest. Reading manga would help to give you ideas, to see how manga artists deliver their stories to the audience. If these manga artists can do it, I believe everyone else can too, especially you. So I'm wishing you all the best in your work! I hope this can help! :)
