- Red Velvet Cheesecake because red makes everything extra.
Yields 12-14 mini cheesecake
Baking temp: 350F
Baking Time: 10 mins for the crust, 20 mins for the cheesecake
Ingredients for the crust:
1 cup of ground chocolate biscuit crumbs
3 tbsp melted butter
Ingredients for the Cheesecake:
14 oz creamcheese
120g sugar
23g cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoon red food gel
1 large egg

Would b trying this for christmas
This is amazing! I had been dying to try this recipe since forever but there's a shortage of cream cheese in my country due to lockdown. I managed to buy a block of 2kg at bakery since that's all they have and i have no regret! Your recipe is very easy to understand. I just added 10g of sour cream and 3g of flour. I don't reduce the sugar like i always do whenever i try someone's recipe and the sweetness is just right for me. Will try your green tea cheesecake later on👍
What is the size of your pan?
