These are an amazing treat! Just made them, the brownie itself is fudgy and dense. The cheesecake is delicious and taste just like cheesecake! I recommend this to EVERYONE reading this comment!
alright. To the rest of the world, here is the recipe converted to the measurements everyone follows. I used an online convertor for this. Brownie Ingredients 200g sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 40g cocoa powder 113g butter, melted Pinch of salt 1 tsp red gel food coloring, or 1 T liquid 2 eggs (or if you wanna go eggless, 2tbsp ground flax seeds + 6 tbsp water. leave to rest for a little while, stir and use once it becomes gelatinous) 95g flour Cheesecake Layer Ingredients 225g cream cheese, softened 50g sugar 1 egg (or 3tbsp chickpea flour with 3tbsp water, or so i've seen. must experiment) ½ tsp vanilla extract
kawaiisweetworld Mine cream cheese mixture was really runny. When I marbled it, it messed up. Idk what I did wrong? It was just a test tho since I'm gonna make it for a picnic but what shall I do to fix it? Thanks!
you literally have the cleanest looking brownie dessert video. everyone else dessert videos are very messy and amateur. Kudos for you!! I appreciate it
I made these for my fiancee and he just loved them. Only thing is I made them blue. Same taste same texture different color. I like trying new yet different things. Thanks Rachael
I would recommended two tips: 1) Use cacao powder, it's all natural cocoa powder that has not been processed at all- it has a light Beige color. 2) Use powder coloring because out of all of the food coloring types out there, powder is the most concentrated. Hope this helped!
been subscribed since i was 10, im 14 now omg, still cant believe how far you have come, you deserve it all rachel. i subbed when you had around 4,000 subs. your amazing :)
I made this but with my own twist to it because I didn't have enough cream cheese for the cream cheese layer. So instead I made the red velvet part, baked it and made my own cream cheese frosting with the little cream cheese i have and put that on top, it turned out great 💗💗💗
i'm heading to the kitchen now.. this one looks so easy and delicious.. cake in 10 minutes w/ my favorite frosting.. thanks for the exciting video.. you are so precious
kawaiisweetworld I really just want to say thank you for all the videos that you do. I made your valentine's day cake pops and sold them at school yesterday. I got $60! Thank you so much you rock
Every year for valentines day I make heart shaped fried tortillas. All you need is a package of tortillas, corn oil or your preferred frying oil, cinnamon and sugar, a cooling rack or some paper towels, and a cookie sheet. When your oil is heating up in a pot or a fryer, you cut all of the tortillas into quarters or eighths, depending on how many you want. Then, you cut the tops into heart shapes. Mix together your preferred amount of cinnamon and sugar. When the frying oil is hot, test it with some of the scraps from the tortillas. If the scraps brown easily, it's ready. Throw in as many tortillas as fits in the fryer or pot without overlapping. If the first side down is browned nicely but not burned, the it's ready to be flipped, then let the other side get to the same colour. When the whole thing is ready, take it out and put it onto your cooling rack/paper towels, which should be resting on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle as much of the cinnamon sugar mix on the top as you like, but do not wait long, or the mix will not stick to the tortilla. Wait until the pieces have cooled a little, then put then on a plate or in a bag. Tada! Really easy, really cheap fried treat for valentines day, or any day you want to make them. You don't even have to make them heart shaped if you don't feel like it. They are really yummy, and they go fast so if you want to have these at a party or something, make a lot of them.
After watching this I just had to make it. It turned out wonderful and even though we don't celebrate this particular holiday I love red velvet themed nummies. Thanks for posting this. Very good!!
The binder clip idea is fantastic. I often have problems with excess parchment paper getting in the way, but I never knew what to do about it. I have frog-shaped chip clips that I could use in place of binder clips. Thanks for the tip!
I made these before from a FoodNetwork recipe a few years ago-Sunny Anderson recipe. I never cut them into shapes. This is cool. The scraps can be brownie pops!!!
I tried these and every one loved it, but I found them a bit less sweet for my liking. I guess I got confused with the measurements. can you please provide the measurements for this recipe in grams?
I am in love with your videos! I just discovered your channel again! I saw some easy bake oven videos from yours and the Girl Scout cookie charm bracelet a year or so ago and I was watching some of your baking videos today and I was like OMG, I watched your videos before. Keep up the good work and thanks for making me tempted for some red velvet treat!
