18:44 What was the point of putting this into the show other than to try to humiliate how a married couple speak to each other privately?
This show used to have integrity and is becoming cheap reality TV level trashy.

Many years of tears in prison for Bowman.
What a horrific waste of a brilliant mind which could have been used toward helping humanity, our environment, anything! This is what makes me the most angry. The waste.
What made him this way? Did his parents kiss his behind, spoil him, cover for him, make excuses for any and all inappropriate behavior? I wish we knew.

The waste of his “brilliant” mind is what upsets you the most? I don’t know, I think
the absolute senseless waste of a man’s life is probably the most tragic part of this story.

Yes, I thought the same. She was trying to come across as relatable and take accountability for her role in raising someone who could do this, but to suggest she could take away his punishment completely just told me it wasn’t the first time she tried to talk this way to get him out of trouble.

It was quite a change from the parents of convicted murderers who think their children are innocent despite clear evidence. It shows us where his narcissism came from since he was likely treated like a prince, but I wish all parents would say how sorry they are like these two did.

Helping to cover up a crime or even just driving a get away car in a crime where someone is killed makes you just as guilty as the murderer even if you don't know that a person was killed. "I'm not sure," doesn't cut it when detectives are trying to solve a crime. Only way she could have gotten away with it is if she had helped the detectives solve the crime. She was lucky they didn't charge her. You can't be forced to testify against your husband. so she didn't have to get on the witness stand. Your constitutional rights cover that. Her crime was not being honest about what she knew thus helping him. It all failed anyway. She's very lucky she wasn't charged.

In the Bowman case: It annoyed me that the judge told his parents it is not their fault. The mother offered herself up to take on the punishment of her son. That’s far away from sweet and heartwarming. This shows that little Bowman probably never had to deal with any consequences for deviant behavior in his life, because mommy always protected him. No wonder he became a psycho. It’s damn well the parents fault as well.

    - Victim's remains are found in a barrel of acid.
    - A search of the suspect's browser history shows that they've looked up 'how to dissolve a body in acid'.
    - The defense argues it's just a coincidence and that their client just happens to have a keen interest in biological chemistry.

This dude a professor and wasn’t smart enough to use a random school computer than his own, for damning searches…. Wild case. So sorry for the families. 💙

Did anyone else noticed the shape of mouth and face when he said he was crying out of disappointment? Karma is gotcha, momma's boy.

Nah that mom is naive as hell. U gotta let ur daughter know when a 30 yr old man tries to date an 18yr old, it’s bc they’re looking for someone to control by force & harm. Beg, plead, withhold car, phone & money, do whatever u can to get them not to date him, or even friend him.

I agree with you, so many people to understand why a killer does what they do how they do it but the majority of the population will never be able to understand the reasoning of these people who commit these crimes, particularly when there is no obvious motive and the killer doesn’t share their motive. People find it hard to believe someone with a promising career could do something like this but not long after the Moscow incident a PHD student studying to be a surgeon at UCLA who had roommates went around dressed in black with a hunting knife, stabbing and killing multiple unrelated random people. His roommates had no idea. He was only caught because he fit the description given by a survivor and someone called him in while he was walking. He was caught with the knife and other evidence in a backpack and police believe he was looking for a victim. He was incompetent to stand trial and is still in a mental institution.
