It is safe to say he is an icon and will live immortal in film and music. Hey Michael, I was working security and talked to you back around 1985 when you went to that party at the El Cortez in downtown San Diego; I think it was a wedding reception. I had never seen Breakin' then, but I could tell your moves were so slick, but you were not showing off at all; I asked if you were a dancer. You were so humble. You said, "No, I drive a truck now." hehe But then told me you were in Breakin'. You made a great impression that night. Thanks for the memory.

Oh this brings back so many memories watching this scene from the movie with my uncle when I was a kid. What a joy it is to see the actor paying tribute to his character Turbo to recreate the most iconic and legendary scene of dancing the broom, sweeping and moonwalking outside the store was such a fantastic sight. As a kid I had a tough time doing those movies. My uncle's a pro since childhood and he still got it! Love Breakin'!

This is the man who trained Michael Jackson, keep that in mind as we also remember Ozone, two legends, one the king of pop, the other Turbo's co- founding father of the breakin revolution! I must have watched the original several hundred times. My bro and I would watch these every day after school for years in the 80s. Good to see Boogaloo Shrimp still got that signature pop and flow. If you watch him in the original scene he really has a beautiful flow and vibe, very much his style. Love that it still continues today.
