This judge is one of the best I have seen and I was a policeman for 40 years. She stays on the bench and runs a lot of cases in a day. She is fair and complete . I think she really tries to help people but knows career criminals when she sees them.
I suggest the title be changed because many people have problems with weight and nobody really wants to be overweight. We know it is bad for your health and causes many health issues… Just saying.
Love to follow judge Boyd. She is thorough and professional. She has tough love for these criminals. 👍🏻
I don’t think you need to body shame a person who has mental health issues and a criminal past. Her weight has nothing to do with her criminal behavior.
She could have a medical condition named lymphedema. I feel sad for her.

I generally like your videos. I understand that people are in their low points when we get to “meet” them. However, I did not appreciate the title of this particular post. As a voluptuous woman, mainly due to medication side effects, I don’t appreciate the double statement in this title. “Overweight “ already implies a weight issue, so need to doubly add “fat” to the title - twice. Very unnecessary unless you know the defendant’s medical or mental status. In case of ultra-thin persons, will your titles reflect a “stick figure” or something similar which degrades the person even further. Please use your titles a little more responsively. Thank you

Can someone please explain to me what "Has your client been able to provide you with any defenses"?
She asks that to find out if there are reasons or excuses that would mitigate the charges so she can sentence the person appropriately. Also, maybe the person is really trying to get back on track or the attorney might know something that's not in the paperwork like there was a trauma that set them off.
