Had a consult with Espinosa a few years ago. " When asked detailed questions, his answers were long on drama and short on specifics and data. He was big on selling products and seminars/classes. None of which was covered by insurance.

I eat brown rice the best way to remove most of the arsenic is to soak the rice a couple of hours and dump the water, then boil the rice with lots of water when cooked dump the water through a strainer same as when boiling spaghetti I think 70~80% of arsenic is removed this way, when dumping the water do it down the sink not in the compost bin👌

you consume a lot of starch with rice which is breaking to sugars and feed your cancer cells. The same result after consuming potato

@@markusrose9667 ...yes it would remove some vitamins and minerals but this would be in a small scale as I try not to overcook it but drain it when "al dente" and always mix it with other nutritious food like lentils chickpeas beans or even quinoa, inorganic arsenic is definitely not good for your health

Mackrel, sardines, anchovies, codfish are these fish good for a PC diet?

Aren't sardines (wild caught in olive oil) better than salmon because they are lower in mercury and have the best omega 3 ratios?

I don't like this Dr Geo. Was not impressed. He seems to spew some information that he has read and does not leave me with any confidence. Need some further input from other doctors.

I'm 64years old and with prostate problems in the family I was eating at least 3eggs most days and my PSA skyrocketed 30% in just over 10 mth, I stopped eating eggs and most animal protein except wild caught salmon and my PSA dropped 20% in just 6 mouth, in my opinion eggs are the worst food if you have prostate cancer in your family, my advice is to adopt a mostly whole food plant based diet+ some wild caught salmon/sardines etc...

What’s wrong with a skin? I don’t know. There was just a study… Really? This doc has good intentions. He is leaning towards Keto diet. Let me straighten something up. Cancer is a result of prolonged and chronic inflammation. We get inflamed by eating various foods. In fact, we can divide foods into two groups. Non inflammatory foods like red meat, eggs, butter, fish and everything else that causes inflammation including fiber, grains, sugars (all carbohydrates). Is broccoli causing inflammation? Yes, it does. It irritates gut lining. Fiber is like a sandpaper scratching the walls. Nothing good will come out of it. Is chicken skin bad for you? No. It contains collagen snd fat. Great source of vitamin C. Is saturated fat going to kill you? No. Human’s immune system is built on cholesterol. Our bodies make cholesterol, we don’t eat cholesterol. Fat that we eat is used as source of energy. It helps with digestion and it regulates appetite. Healthy is not what people think is healthy. Healthy is what our bodies require to properly function and these are only two things, animal protein and animal fat. Everything else is irrelevant and causes chronic illnesses.
