Maybe a little but having him appear at random with the fixed cameras of the original is why i enjoy the RE3:Nemesis more than RE3R which I enjoy but can actually admit it’s just terrible and missing things the original had that made it amazing example Nemesis being absolutely terrifying only way to get that is to play on the difficulty’s where he just runs towards Jill instead of walking towards her like he’s out on a leisurely walk

I have no issue with the TPS gameplay (in fact, playing to the original RE games if they were TPS games would be great), it's the scenario of the original games that were different enough in the remakes that I feel the originals are the superior ones.

i hate over shoulder camera. ruins the slow-paced feeling. i like re 1-3, veronica, 1 remake, silent hill 1 & 2.
Normally I agree, but here it feels right to have a option to try a different experience, while not necessarily the definitive one. This feels like a Resident Evil Survivor version of RE2, and it doesn't look like they would remove large story arcs, or we could at least hope not..
Regardless, playing it at least once looks cool. I wish they made 2make fixed Camera as the default mode or at the very least make it an unlockable.
I do remember that there was a group of modders that tried to demake the re2 remake with a lot of the models etc. I wonder what happened to that project. It would be so cool if this was the full game, just something to explore and get another take on the classic.

First, i would stilll love yo see the original Resident Evil Trilogy ported to modern consoles as they were. As a bunus, I would love to see them add in this perspective to those games as an option. I would play it this way a few times but would mostly play with the fixed camera angles though. This perspective would be nice here and there just for a different feel to the games.

Missed opportunity that capcom should've done. They should have had the option to have classic graphics for 2 and 3 remake since they kinda added the classic skins for 2. Kinda like how tomb raider remstered had did it. Idk imo.

From the looks of the graphics and gameplay, it looks like an arcade version of Resident Evil. Almost like House of the Dead. The PlayStation wouldn't handle the graphics like this. Probably the Dreamcast, because it's sharp and crisp

After the disappointing RE3 Remake, I think I'd love a modern perspective for that game.
I would totally play this but only if it's OG RE2 with the OTS interface. If it's RE2R with RE2 graphics I really don't care.
What I want is to play the OG RE2 without anything being cut. To play RE2R with what they cut I can already play RE2R with better graphics.

The original game the first three of course all in POV using the oculus it does have kind of resident evil survivor vibes but it could be very intense. Keep it original no high graphics. I find that the most spooky also it hits nostalgia which probably everybody reading this.

Yea no thanks. Definitely see why many people would like it, but the OTS camera doesnt work for me with the OG, just the remake.
Ι dont like it. It make the game and the graphics worse. It misses the survival horror atmosphere and some graphics that had the 3D illusion with the fix camera angle now appearing at 2D or worse with the over the shoulder camera.
