I think she is getting confused by the fact that back in the day, it was much rarer to have good quality cameras, and only professional photographers had good quality cameras enough to capture those beautiful screensavers. But now that we all carry extremely good cameras in our pockets, good quality pictures of the sky are just more common. The sky didn't change, the way we capture it did.

Heaven is not in the clouds, it is another place, however, it is sad to see the wisdom God has given us being misused for things that should not matter.
Fun fact: The sky turns those beautiful shades of red and orange during a sunset because the light from the sun has more atmosphere to travel through. Since the earth and atmosphere are spherical, the light that hits at an angle is stripped of its blue wavelengths because of blue light having a different wavelength or some sciencey thing like that.

She also said that she is given "downloads" directly in her head from her higher self. So yeah you are correct, she's suffering from this mental disorder, probably undiagnosed, completly unaware that she is ill. What's scary is that she got many followers on Tiktok, and many believe that she is special, some kind of prophet.
Back in 2011, there was a movie called "Another Earth", in which a mirror version of Earth appears in the sky.
I think this woman probably fell asleep in front of the TV one night, and half-awoke to peer blearily at that movie, before drifting off back to sleep.
In the morning she awoke, all excited about the vision she'd been sent, and determined to fulfill her mission to tell the world.

I studied darkroom photography back when it was the standard and was one of the first professional photographers to even have access to a digital camera. Film honestly captured the colors of everything with higher accuracy than digital does. also : Photoshop.

omg, two things that annoy me are 1) the idea that every life is a miracle and some glorious, special thing, with big purpose and 2) "everything happens for a reason". 🙄
1) no, we are not put here for any special purpose. We are no more unique than every other creature on the planet. A human fetus is no more a miracle than a rabbit fetus or a squirrels. 😂 It's not a miracle when one dog bangs another and knocks it up, it's not a miracle when humans do it. It's just science. But some of y'all have unchecked egos and think you have to be "different" or "better" than everything else
2) people believing that everything has meaningful purpose is just blissful ignorance of reality. People wanna say there's no such thing as luck, but honestly? It's one of the only things that I believe are real 😂. Not lifelong luck, but "being lucky" in a situation I 100% believe in. For example, if there's some catastrophic accident, survivors are usually left asking, "why me? Why did God save me out of everyone else?", and I think that kind of question is a waste of time. Because assuming God "saved you" for some grander purpose implys that he didn't see enough value in others lives for them to live- again, unchecked ego clouding their judgment. You didn't survive because you have some deeper purpose in this world, you survived because your particular situation and your willpower allowed for it. If you're stabbed and the knife is centimeters away from killing you, no, I don't believe you were protected by some divine entity for some deep meaning. You just got lucky your attacker was incompetent and failed to get the job done.
Now if you want to live your life doing something important or trying to make a difference, that's AMAZING. And please do. But stop trying to convince yourself that a divine being has bigger things in store for you. The only one who can give your life worth is yourself. No one gives you a purpose but YOU. you shouldn't need a god puppeteering you to go out and do good in the world

Honestly, these tiktoks can be very dangerous for people with mental illnesses. I have periods of time were nothing, including myself, feels real. It's scary, it's disorenting, and it leaves my brain susceptible to end up believing stuff like what that lady is spewing, especially when my brain throws in visual hallucinations (like glitches you get on computer screens). It can even get to a point where thoughts like "Well, if we're not even real then why suffer through this?" starts to happen and I become borderline su!cidal. These tiktoks can be very very dangerous.

Okay so there are times when I go on Twitter or something and see paintings of sunsets that look super real but aren’t (and it catches me off guard), but dang, has she never gone outside before during the evening??
The way she just doesn't appear to generally understand that sunsets are the result of the day-night cycle honestly gave me a little laugh.
When I was younger I moved from one side of the world to another, so when some kid said the sun waited under the earth to rise in the morning, I corrected him pretty easily. Why can't everyone just understand the sun?
I was driving on a bridge of the intracoastal, no buildings or trees to block the view of the sky. I was feeling crappy since it was the beginning of Covid lockdowns, all the protests and riots were going on, everything felt miserable and uncertain. It was the height of the dumpster fire that was 2020. I looked at the sky and a cloud had formed the biggest, fluffiest, whitest, and most perfect middle finger coming out of a hand. I wish SO badly that I had a picture. It was the perfect expression for how we were all feeling at the time. But at the end of the day, it was a freakin' cloud and these things are random. 🤷🏻♀☁👆🏻

I can sort of relate. I go through this every time I get a new set of prescription glasses. It's like someone upgraded my eyeballs to 4K. Very surreal experience, everything seems too real until my brain eventually gets used to it.

By any chance was the time she was making videos about increasingly beautiful sunsets also coincidentally during the period when wildfires were sending smog across North America? Because legit - that could be a natural explanation for why she actually may have been seeing an unusual number of beautiful and strange looking sunsets. Of course it could also just be that she suddenly started paying attention, but during that wildfire smoke period, sunsets were fantastically beautiful and bizarre looking in certain areas of the country for a while.
The thing about the "unreal looking pictures" the fact they exist is pretty cool because those are some crazy beautiful pictures of the sky
