The ‘fuck you it’s my turn’ attacks in Popple, Queen Bean, and the Piranha Plant’s fights are actually counterattacks that trigger when criteria are met (attacking popple with rookie on the field, attacking queen bean’s body when her arms aren’t destroyed, etc.)
Advanced bros attacks are really interesting. I know you were avoiding enemies to conserve items, but if you have learned Splash Bros Advanced before the Queen Bean fight, you could have hit her for massive damage. Splash Bros Advanced can hurt spiny enemies that would usually do damage to the attacker.
@@ArmlessDino it does 75% base damage but double that (150%) to spiky enemies. When people use it on a non spiky enemy and see it does less damage, they don't even think to try it on a spiky enemy.

This is one of my favorite games of all time. Replayed this game a lot and nice to see you playing it! But Dillon my man, you are either a panic reactor or a slow reactor. XD You gotta relax a little and really pay attention to the enemies patterns of what they will do. You actually have more time to dodge these attacks than you think. Most of the time the footage was you reacting way too early with Mario and not reacting at all with Luigi, and then panic dodging with both. If you ever revisit this game, remember to just relax during fights and pay attention to the attack patterns. Avoiding basic fights does you no favors because 1. Loss on EXP and 2. It doesn't let you practice and understand how dodging and countering works. Great video still but I was kind of grinding my teeth at some parts. XD
Kinda reminds me of those Pizza Tower players who end up making no progress because they hold the dash button 100% of the times and just spam jump and end up bouncing all over the same area.
Jojora's friend's hair color also affects which element she is weak to, but I forget which color is for which element. When she's weak to thunder, use thunder bros to lower her defense (it's how you beat Hermie so quickly)
You can also make the last Fawful fight easier by using Mario's fire hand on the dome when Fawful is hiding in it. This causes Fawful to get hot and leave the dome.
Superstar Saga had its fair share of clunk. The bros jumps are low, Luigi's timing is way off compared to Mario so they have different timings to avoid the same attacks, and the window to counter with the hammers is very small and you have to hit it just right.
Rookie gets those 'fuck you it's my turn' now attacks because you attack Popple lol. If you just take out Rookie, he won't get those free attacks, and Popple runs shortly after you take out Rookie.
Idk if you ever figured this out but you could have done the Bros. Rock sidequest as soon as you got the Dr Pepper, so you could have had it for the Mama Piranha fight...

nice challenge, but there are some important stuff you missed that would help you a lot in this challenge, or this can help anyone who wants to do this challenge: 1: advance mario splash bros can damage spiny enemies, making queen bean a lot easier. 2: advance luigi jump bros can damage 2 enemies at once (making hoohorous fight quicker) 3: in the chukola woods area, you can get the spiny badge by killing golden beanies, they spawn from those spiny balls, but they can run away if u dont kill them quickly 4: the advance hammer luigi attack (i forgot its name), its really, REALLY useful, because if u time it right, it is almost infinite dealing a lot of damage 5: the advance chopper bros (mario) is like the luigi attack, almost infinite 6: in the thunder and fire temple, you can kill those "eebity eebity" enemies, and they drop some clothes, idk if they are great but they are better than the base clothes 7: thunder bros is broken, you dont need to do a "perfect", you just need to hit the enemy, for example, with flying enemies you just need to do the first command, and let luigi hit the enemy (like in the fawful battle, you can hit it that way and his defense drops to 0) 8: advance thunder bros reduces POW, so is a good way to make enemis deal less damage 9: gameboy horror sp is broken, if u can get it as fast as u can, get it, because u get the rare drops guaranteed 10: idk if u can spend money, but if u can, get the extra mario and luigi bros attack, the mario one when advanced, is useful because u can steal enemies items, and the luigi one is good for damage and stunning enemies pd: i think i missed something, but those tips are really important, and will make the challenge easier

Me personally, I’m hoping to defeat Big Massif, because that’s the farthest I’ve gotten back then, also in Hard Mode, so who knows
Im going to do this in bowsers inside story
0 coins, since you can dodge all attacks and can whittle all enemies away even with dealing just 1 damage.
Except maybe he chucola cola fight?
800 forced because of Tolstar, Massage, and snail colloseum.
Luigi’s Thunder Bros. can apply defense down to opponents, that’s what that gray thing was
nice challenge, but there are some important stuff you missed that would help you a lot in this challenge, or this can help anyone who wants to do this challenge:
1: advance mario splash bros can damage spiny enemies, making queen bean a lot easier.
2: advance luigi jump bros can damage 2 enemies at once (making hoohorous fight quicker)
3: in the chukola woods area, you can get the spiny badge by killing golden beanies, they spawn from those spiny balls, but they can run away if u dont kill them quickly
4: the advance hammer luigi attack (i forgot its name), its really, REALLY useful, because if u time it right, it is almost infinite dealing a lot of damage
5: the advance chopper bros (mario) is like the luigi attack, almost infinite
6: in the thunder and fire temple, you can kill those "eebity eebity" enemies, and they drop some clothes, idk if they are great but they are better than the base clothes
7: thunder bros is broken, you dont need to do a "perfect", you just need to hit the enemy, for example, with flying enemies you just need to do the first command, and let luigi hit the enemy (like in the fawful battle, you can hit it that way and his defense drops to 0)
8: advance thunder bros reduces POW, so is a good way to make enemis deal less damage
9: gameboy horror sp is broken, if u can get it as fast as u can, get it, because u get the rare drops guaranteed
10: idk if u can spend money, but if u can, get the extra mario and luigi bros attack, the mario one when advanced, is useful because u can steal enemies items, and the luigi one is good for damage and stunning enemies
pd: i think i missed something, but those tips are really important, and will make the challenge easier
aaaaaaaaannnnd m&l got revived
Just throw everything into power, it makes everything a joke
did you read the title? its stache only bros, bro
@@carlostaffanelly418 yes? All it says is no spending coins
@@carlostaffanelly418 It doesn't say stache only in the title for some reason, very clear in the thumbnail and rules though.
Its hilarious how you combined the words "Bean" and "penis" to create "Beanis"
I thought of combining "Bean" and "Boner" to create... Wait a minute... Oh no...
You and I could be bros if we tried 👉👈😳

Boomer take: this game looks better than the remaster
Absolute Zero° take: The Sprite based Mario and Luigi Games look better than the 3DS remakes.
