I heard a suggestion once to put an air tag in each of your checked bags when you fly, in case one gets lost.
There's also been many cases of people using air tags to stalk people, by putting them in women's purses, backpacks, or coat pockets, so be careful, if you find one that isn't yours. In December two women in California filed a class action suit against Apple.

I wish you'd consider longer videos, Matt also. I think you'd both be surprised how much people would love extended videos. ❤
May I make a suggestion? I used to yard sale every weekend like a boss! I was searching for OLD stuff. Not for resale, just to fill my home with antiques. But in order to keep stuff from getting broken, you might wanna carry 2 or 3 tall, sturdy cardboard boxes in the back of your car. Add some packing paper, bubble wrap, or whatever to quickly wrap up any breakables. My home is full now, but I keep finding, but hit the thrift stores now because of gas prices, not having to get up early (getting old sucks) and knowing the thrift stores and what they offer. Being friendly like you are really helps. I dicker on prices and people don't know what hit them. But I am fair, too. Three of my four kids, all in their late 30's and 40's all buy and sell, used items. Two for a living and one when she needs extra funds. From a 70 years old thrifter. Boy, are my kids gonna have a hay day when I die!!!

Girl, you need to put some boxes in the back of your vehicle, so that the breakables can go in them (and some newspaper or bubble wrap).

You should keep a couple beach towels in the back of your vehicle to use as moving blankets.
Don't forget to look over the couch pillows at the yard sales. You got Matt hooked looking for good ones. Don't you have to keep up the profile for you two? 😇 💕

Great finds! I would have a tote with towels to cart delicate things home. I'm sorry your bowl broke.
The brown stripe looks glossy to me and I've been a pyrex collector for a decade. The marks on the outside are utensil and rub marks and will come off with a magic eraser. Rub lightly and carefully so as to not remove colour from the bowl. There is also a pink stripe and a yellow stripe bowls that go with that set.
In watching the complete video the brown stripe unfortunately met its demise. Thanks for sharing the cleaning tip though.
As you kept putting things in your car I was, oh oh, something is going to break and then at the end….😢. Girl, you gotta take some packing material and boxes when you go garage sailing,lol. Enjoyed your video. You have the sweetest voice. Loved the bunnies.

I am surprised that you do not have bubble wrap/ paper to wrap things when you shop. I always bring a box w wrapping supplies. Saves breakage and heartache

Great video my Kayla girl. What ashame about that pyrex. You need to pack some small blankets in the back so you can use to wrap breakables in and maybe some totes so they don't move around. You got some great deals girl. Can't wait until the next one.
Girl, I was afraid you were going to pass on the Pyrex bowls! I have a small one with the pink stripes #401 and I knew they were worth a good bit. I'm sure glad the blue one didn't break ! I was worried when you just sat them in the car without wrapping them that they would get broken.
All I was thinking this girl needs to start taking a bin with bubble wrap for breakables. Then she says one broke my heart sank!

Daughter was watching with me today. I told her I LOVE your energy and watching you doesn't irritate me. LOLOL I also love that we find out NOW what something sold for. I HATE watching folks shopping and might not ever find out what it sold for. I think what bothers me the most.....just TONS of stuff bought, and seems like it never gets listed or sold! The value of some things doesn't hold forever. When I have a yard sale, I actually do love chatting with shoppers about their sales, or their kids, or their adventures. Fun! Stay safe! Hugs!
That lady is so adorable I can relate though I’m 61 and CRS it’s a real thing. I can’t imagine? Stealing boxes of yard sale. I’m thinking we may need tags on us as we get older lol. I think the bag is a good pick up. The bunny guy had good prices but he was high on games you should have hit him with an offer on them all 😅 great buys

Great vlog Kayla. I hit a yard sale this week and picked up a juicer also for $1.00, and then sold it for $25.00. So I did well. When I go to sales, I carry packing paper with me at all times. I was trying to tell you, "Kayla, keep those pyrex safe". You didnt hear me though. I LOVE pyrex also. Better the brown one than the blue I guess. Cant wait to see the next vlog and have a great memorial day weekend with the kiddos.

Thank you for sharing about the Apple AirTags. I put one on my husband’s keychain and since he has dementia and wanders, it has saved me time and time again to find him in the neighborhood! They’re a real blessing.

Clean your Pyrex with peek, it's super quick and easy. It was a suggestion from Tim, from the resellers information network. I use peek all the time, it really changes the appearance of your Pyrex for the better.

At the sale where you got the bookends, there was a build a bear display closet filled with clothes. Wondered if it was priced high? I have had good luck selling the outfits vs the actual stuffed animals.
I travel a lot, so I'm familiar with traveling a lot with my SUV packed. The first thing I thought, when you packed your bowls was nooooooooo, but you didn't hear me, lol. I learned any small bump with glass inside another glass bowl was disaster in the making, sorry. I love your videos.

Wow did you luck out with the bowls! My friend and I used to be prolific garage sale shoppers, so what we did was bring boxes and old towels or t-shirts or whatever so we could pad and stabilize our breakables. You might want to think about setting up some sort of ‘protection’ system! This time the loss wasn’t that big of a deal, but it could’ve been!

I keep a few padded mailers that are damaged ( torn when packing a poofy item) and pad my breakables. I keep them in my shopping totes
I just sold that same coach wristlet a few months ago for $45. It was perfect condition, I wish I hadn’t sold it now kuz I loved it! lol

Ive followed you for a few weeks now. Im amazed at what people have in total. I know some are group sales. Ive never owned as much as what people sell. Ive loved mostly used all my life. My clothing is mainly upcycled thrift that was not called that in the 60s! In my old age I now sell my jean bags and a few other items in the small town we retired too. Because most dont have that much disposable money here my price break is mainly $10. Everyone says I could sell for more in Los Angeles. But im 3 hours away from that! I mainly do to show people they can recycle in many ways! Buying used too! Many items for some reason I dont see here in Soutern california at all. Hardly uranium glass. Even rolling pins. In all my life of thrift shopiing and thats been since a kid and Im 68 now Ive never seen a wooden rolling pin? I guess Southern Californians dont roll things out?!

Really enjoy your video's. I wish I could find and " Oyster pan ". My grandmother cooked everything in hers. I think my aunt got it when she passed. :( I learned to cook from grandmother. Some things seem like it just needs that pan to taste 100% like hers. I can do 95% with mine but I think it's just I know how the pan cooked.🤣🤣 Glad the blue pyrex pan was safe :) Looking forward o your next video :)
