The SSD holding bracket on mine has two metal tabs designed to be only used with the short SSD memory card. I had to bend them back to get a crucial 2Tb ssd T500 installed. Worked a treat.
But that keyboard is truly horrible.
This laptop is fast and slick but follows the rule ' form over function ' and has many design flaws that look great but are not great in use.. the keyboard, the touch pad, the two ports only, the difficulty of opening it... And so on. I will keep it, but I am not loving it. Previous xps13 laptops were easier to live with but were slow and had other quirks like the nose camera..
