This is going to be my Saturday afternoon! I need to not have the OXI One hooked to my EURORACK and learn the OXI One and all the pattern stuff - this will make the setup and learning it much easier. Thank you!!!!
I’ve been looking at the OXI one for a bit and it looks like it pares nicely with the iPad. I’m not to fond of my Korg SQ-64, but I mostly use that for eurorack. Thanks for the vid ✌️
Great Video. Got my oxi today. just a quick question. Do I Need to enable something on oxi, or should the iPad find it right of the bath? because my oxi dosent appear in my normal Bluetooth section. Would be Great to get a Antwerpen
Congrats! I can only speak based on my experience. I have to connect OXI BT at the app level first, not the system level. I am not sure why. For example, inside of AUM.
This was almost a cool video you spent half the video explaining what you aren’t going to do, and then the other half not demonstrating what four ipad synths sounds like on the oxi. Weird but good to know it is capable of
Very helpful, thanks. Can you confirm that the Oxy has no sound onboard, right? It's a powerful sequencer. I have the Polyend Play+, this video helped (though unfortunately the Play+ doesn't do Bluetooth Midi).
@@krazywabbit Thank you. If I may suggest an idea for a new video? You are setting up a few Audio Unit Extensions in this video that piqued my interest (I'm new to AUM). It would be nice to know which ones are your favorites as of 2024, and maybe show a quick demo of how they sound -- nothing too long, for each one of them. Thanks. Just an idea. Unless you did that video already :)

Awesome! All the best in your journey. Have fun!
THx for sharing. Quick and Easy. Top Notch

I’ve been called uncool and weird a few times 😂
@@krazywabbit haha 😂
Thanks for the straight forward setup vid!
Thanks for the video! Awesome man, cheers! 🍺
Hi, how are the iPad and Oxi tempo synced? Also, does this Bluetooth connection method work on Mac too? Thanks!
@@Moh-Tor when I use OXI, it’s to control an app. AUM is just a place holder, therefore, sync is between OXI and the app. Yes BT works with Mac
@@krazywabbit thanks for the reply 👍 So fx in AUM are not tempo synced to the Oxi when you change the Oxi’s bpm?

@@sebastienbarre thanks. Correct. OXI does not make any sounds.
