Well Rachel I think that the job and way that you work are just fine. Everyone has their own way of doing things and since you get everything done and your customer is happy that is your method. Keep on working and doing the work the way it works for you. Well Done.
Rachel don't worry about other people saying stuff today's society no matter what you do somebody will find something wrong with it keep on doing what you doing enjoy your life enjoy your kids I love watching your show
Cracking job 👌, you have a system that works for you, unfortunately there are some key board worries who are so jealous, you have the right attitude they don’t have to watch you, keep it up 👍
Awesome job and amazing lady.keep doing what your doing, everyone always has a way of doing what they do.your way works for you so that's all that matters.
Always keep an open mind to better technique such as hammer drill pressure. You’d be surprised how many years you can be doing it wrong, regardless of how dull your drill bits are. He was on point with his recommendations. Was wondering the same thing about your drilling.
Everyone does things the way that works for them. The keyboard experts have never done this work, (or any work), so just scroll on past those comments! Good job!
Rachel keep doing what your doing that new railing is awesome looking .Haters will always be Haters and your one hard working lady thanks for sharing. watching from eastern ontario
Great job Rachel! I won’t worry about what people say, everyone always wants to help in construction and like you said there’s always more then 1 way to do something
I dont know what happened but I think you do a great job! I only found this chanel the other day and I love it, God Bless, we need more women in the trades
You're very talented and super beautiful. If it works for you then dont worry about the negative comments. Negativity comes from people that arent relative in life. Keep up the great work!
What a nice gesture for a friend, don't fret the negativity, frankly it's refreshing seeing an attractive lady that dresses appropriately representing their business and skills in a professional manner
You do you! Great job! I’ve installed 100s if not thousands of anchors into concrete, 3/8s to 1” and have always done it just like you are. lol. Spring is here. Peace
Thanks for doing this and sharing your experiences. I really appreciate it. Im retiring soon and hope to have a small business like you after im retired.
Rachel, I've only just come across your channel, and am enjoying watching the videos. Kudos to you for calling out the trolls, and those that feel they should point out everything that's wrong, if they are sad enough to do that then that's there problem, they should just go and get a life. You keep on doing you and keep enjoying life.
Thank you Rachel 🙂 Great work as always 👊🏻👍🏻 God Bless you and your family 🙏🏻 Appreciate you my friend 🫶🏻 Excellent craftsmanship in everything you do!
Yes you keep on doing what you're doing Rachel I think you're doing an awesome job being a welder and fabricator especially being a lady doing this type of work I think it is totally awesome to see somebody like you in this type of business just keep moving forward everybody always has some kind of problem with somebody it's just jealousy because they're not in your position, keep up the good work girl, I on one hand love your work.
It looks like a lot of dudes and dudettes have said what I wanted to say. I love your channel and the work that you do. Years ago I suscriibed to a guys UA-cam channel because of my interest in small engines and his abilities in repairing them. In one of his videos he did a Q &A and spoke about the people who gave him dislikes or negative comments. He said he had to learn to ignore them. You can't control what people do or say and I believe even negative clicks or comments earn money. Hang in there! Doug
Looks awesome! It's great to see someone that takes pride in their work. Personally I would go with the 3/8" x 1-3/4" Strong-Tie THD37134H Titen HD Screw ....Sorry, I couldn't help myself... I'll shut up now ...😁
You have nothing to worry about, its pretty obvious you are a professional, and are look very confident in how you do things, It's all about what works for you!, Some people are born miserable and feel the need to try to make others feel the same, not much one can do about that!, you have a lot of supporters out there, keep up the great work! and Thanks for sharing!
hey kiddo....I'm a retired general building contractor of 50 years....you do a wonderful job and how you use your tools is the best way they work for you....as far as gloves ear protection etc. is up to you I never wore any and I'm just fine at 75 years old and going strong...so ignore the idiots of the world..... I enjoy your work and quality installs...I would hire you for a sub-contractor in a second.....
I started this rabbit hole of watching what other welders do besides myself, its been quite the enlightening journey. I found a lady welder and love the content. Keep going, one thing about youtube is the fact that you get $$ from views and comments...win win. Damn these trolls. Oh yeah welding nearly 20 yrs 😅. #lettingsparksfly
What people seem to forget, if you’re willing to put videos on here, yes you have to accept the criticism as much as the praise If you can’t don’t do it But she seems more than capable of looking after herself
If someone gives someone crap about grinder safety take it seriously. They’ve probably been got by a grinder -I have- can’t feel one of my fingers- no gaurd-in a hurry wearing stick gloves-nearly took my finger off. At 9000 Rpms you’re not stopping it from getting you. Think about hair wrapping on the blade. Or for reference watch “rope in chipper”videos
As long as grinders are used properly and zip cuts are inspected for damage, you won't have a problem Been a welder for 25 years and have never seen a grinder explode or anyone get injured by it. Not saying it can't happen, but when those tools are used properly, by skilled tradespeople, you won't have a problem.. Just gotta let the people who are comfortable with what they do keep on keeping on :) Thanks for the tips though, maybe someone reading these comments needed to hear it!
I really don’t think you need to justify your work and choices; everything looks well done. Who knows, maybe you have learned and will continue to learn more as you go from suggestions rather than criticisms. Your bits might be old but you will be surprised at how easy it is to regrind the cutting edges and make them cut like new again. Masonry bits don’t need to be carefully ground like hs steel cutting bits.
I’m a huge fan of those jeans 👖. Not sure if they beat the legit work overalls , but thought you prolly get plenty of haters so I thought 💭 I wud just let ya know.
And I like the railing upgrade, that was sweet you hooked her up like that. I sometimes feel like I’m the only one who does stuff for my friends and people like this so it’s comforting to see others doing it. That railing could be the danger zone too if it wasn’t there or weak cause anyone could just take a pretty knarly spill 😂
People that whine and insist you are lifting, bending, not stretching etc have never "worked" for a living. Growing up I was a Hod Carrier (look it up) for my dad and I never squatted, stretched breathed through my nose counted to 10 before lifting etc and at almost 60 I am in better shape than most youngsters...
Well Rachel I think that the job and way that you work are just fine. Everyone has their own way of doing things and since you get everything done and your customer is happy that is your method. Keep on working and doing the work the way it works for you. Well Done.

Always keep an open mind to better technique such as hammer drill pressure. You’d be surprised how many years you can be doing it wrong, regardless of how dull your drill bits are. He was on point with his recommendations. Was wondering the same thing about your drilling.

What people seem to forget, if you’re willing to put videos on here, yes you have to accept the criticism as much as the praise
If you can’t don’t do it
But she seems more than capable of looking after herself
Not too bothered! Im gonna keep showing up, but sometimes just like to explain my reasoning for things :)
Just 20lbs of pressure on a hammer drill saves on your drill bits for sure.
The only comment......good skills .
You're a badass, screw the haters
Hi angel 😇 💓 💗 💖 💛 💕
Nice😊

Are your railings painted or powder coated?
Always powder coated!
I really don’t think you need to justify your work and choices; everything looks well done. Who knows, maybe you have learned and will continue to learn more as you go from suggestions rather than criticisms.

My girl Taylor said it best. Haters are going to hate hate hate.
🔥
You don’t have to justify to the armchair contractors, like watching your builds.
Thank you+
Audio messed up at 2:30..
turbo screws ?
Starting at 2:21 your voice over starts to overlap. Just giving a heads up, keep up the great content.
Thanks for the note.I'll definitely try to get better at that!
Huge audio loop at the start
