    Let’s tone and sculpt your entire body using no equipment! Start back to basics, then progress to isometric and burn rounds all in 40, 20, and 30 second intervals. All in 25 minutes!

    Elevate those lunges with just body weight = Bells not necessary. Quick class but Not easy! I like the 20 second holds
