Im wondering just maybe your pancreas is still producing a little insulin or some insulin for that matter. Every food i ate make my bloodsugar rise. Wether it has carbs little carbs or no carbs at all.
Im loving that you have absolute control of over your blood sugars and your winning and killing it. ❤

OH, YA now I remember!! After seeing you look at your watch, I recently bought a watch an you seem to rely on yours a lot for the glucose being accurate. What kind of watch is it? And saw what u eat. I'm addicted to pasta, can u provide any ideas so I don't have to give up this LUV of mine. And, hope don't think I'm a nut case, your very attractive yes even in the morning with no makeup, I think women now a day ware too much. Sorry had to throw that in. You had a ring and he,/or she now a day, are a lucky person, good luck.

Thank you for sharing. I recently was told I was a diabetic after a small stroke, last month. Was wondering what type I was told was correct? Just throwing that out there, I know i should listen to the Doc. I be-leave I'm type 2 and heard I could recover, what ever that means. I made a life style change last year, meaning the way I eat. I need to lose weight I'm at 250 and want to be 190. got a ways to go. Saw the work out and I'm at 58 yrs old, after 2 other strokes. things need to change... YES! yours looks aggressive for me. I have a back prob. I'm walking but don't think it's enough. On disability for the back, so fixed income. Don't know why I'm telling u all this, sorry. Thanks for sharing I guess.
Movement is key! Walking around the neighborhood will do amazing things for your blood sugar!
