Greetings from Australia, good to see Rabbits being hunted, looks like they are in good condition and would be good tucker. Made me nervous watching that Bloke stick his arm down the burrow, was hoping no Snake or large Goanna was down there. Australia has lots of dangerous Snakes that feed on Rabbits and use the burrows as a camp however I guess that you mob dont have any Snakes poking around.
I remember going rabbiting here in Australia when i was young with family back in the 1960s But when a ferret refused to come out or started eating the rabbits, they'd kill the ferret instantly
I wish you could come to our bit. Rabbits destroy out trees, and even the veg in the garden. All you people squalking about being cruel to rabbits have never had 100 saplings destroyed overnight. When we moved here, I shot 10 rabbits a night for months. I only shot 10 because I couldn't carry more home. I hate rabbits and would destroy every one here if I could.
The same thing bro!I used to trap them for live feeding a crap load of rattlesnakes that my ex-girlfriend used to own, also I myself once caught a large and vicious mink in my rabbit trap and believe it or not but I befriended her,and for 4 years we regularly made ferreting but she was able to carry it out alone, just wiped out burrows like a boss, several dozens at a time, just ate brains mostly and also I loved to just give her a live rabbit in the cage so she ate it alive after paralyzing it and I fucking loved and love squeaking that rabbits make especially when eaten alive! Also loathe them!
Great vid, how do you kill those rabbits so easy, whats the trick, I can see you put them upside down then looks like your just pulling their heads? Can you give some advice?
itscrucial that's about it really, my grandad used to take me to do this, pull and twist their heads, mostly pull, upside down is just easiest way to grip them :) really humane, snaps their spine which means they feel literally nothing after being picked up.
May by odd question, but these are your pack yes? Seeing videos from lots of feeds and looks like your hoard. Like to follow the source is all. Thanks.
Bo Holbo Rasmussen it tastes like rabbit, also it's really soft and delicate when cooked right like in a stew or something, full of little bones though so if you ever try it expect the odd crunch or a chipped tooth 😂
Question: Why are rabbits bad on that farm? Are they eating the crops or something, because I hear rabbits can help fertilize fields and stuff. Just wondering, thanks.
They can be on the same destructive level as rats in certain areas They eat everything Breed like crazy Carry terrible diseases Destroy soil and crops There was a family in my old home town that used to terrorize kids in the neighborhood Not fun when they're wild Too bad
plummerterrier2012 I really like your videos and your dogs, but there is no good reason you are not allowed to have your dogs on a working farm. Thats just a lie
How the heck did you know a ferret was in there and right after you found a rabbit? I thought the ferrets help you hunt? Also, are you breaking the rabbits neck once you catch them? Your backs are facing the camera after they're caught and the go really limp fast. So you must be killing them with your bare hands but exactly how?
Dana East the ferret wears a collar with a detection mechanism that when they decide to be stubborn, get lost, or chase a rabbit further in the owners can use a tool that finds his location and dig him out. I've seen it on other vids

Getting a fire arms licence can be difficult for a rifle, but a shotgun licence isn't too hard. Bit overkill for rabbits. You can get a sub 12fp air rifle over the counter. But with any of these guns I bet you'd not get as many rabbits a someone working ferrets.

What I can see so far is they are destroying soil, who knows if someone is trying to grow stuff there. Wish we had more info as well.
Ya I wish I knew more on it as well.
They are bad for livestock too as they dig there burrows it leaves holes everywhere for livestock to stumble down causing injuries.
