- We returned to our usual spot again and managed to get 164 rats from the 2 farms. We took along two puppies Bella and Dinky to show them what its all about at nearly 5 months old!
these dogs dont mind plunging their snouts deep into cow shit thats determination, dedication, and result yielding work ethic.
Nothing quite like watching man and dog work in a team, great dogs
those dogs are so eager they are trying to chew brick out of the way lol
Love the tug o' war kills, the dogs go 2, 3 and even 4 up on a single rat, its just a thing of beauty.
what i love most about this video is how they know the name of each dog.
These dogs stretch the rats into carpets, fuckin awesome
This type of dogs very fast in movement and jumping and the more their number whenever the chance of survival Rat is small dogs that do not know the mercy and compassion of the rats if they meet seems to be a squad of special forces.....i looove this doods
I started watching some ratting videos for some reason and I must say....this team is 10/10. Remarkable bunch!
the other dog teams are amateur com[pared to these plummers
Those good looking dogs were all about business, they werent playing thats for sure.
the dog that tries to move the stone and then the board is a real killer!
Brilliant work men. They love their job the terriers do!!
Fantastic bunch of dogs! Love watching from the States. My Dad, being a farmer, and fox hunter would have loved watching these ratting videos, if he we're still with us. I keep thinking, I need to show these to Dad. He would have laughed with you at the success these dogs are having at catching these vermin. It would have made his day! He hated the things, and so do I. Great job!!
FANTASTIC! Well done fellas. I never ever get tired watching these videos. Good job.
I love when they team up on a rat and play tug o' war with a rat. These dogs are more ferocious than sharks or piranhas. It's amazing to watch.
3:38 that dog is trying to eat a brick.
"oh wow, a brick! I want to eat it!"
That's some proper ratting. Good work.
awesome video!! love the teamwork displayed here, perfect harmony and coordination!!
keep the awesome videos coming!
much respect
There's nothing greater than watching dogs do what they were bred for. You can see these Plummers are absolutely in their element. Not one unhappy dog in that video. They live a far more satisfying and joyful life than 95% of housebound Instagram pooches👍
Great video....I hope you guys reward well those dogs.
A lovely pack of ratters. Fun to see the pups sorting it out.
Plummerterrier, Nice dogs and great action. This is better than watching football! Many thanks!
oh yeah !
Better then Chicago Bears Football for sure o_O
It's nice to see dogs enjoying their work. Nice dogs.
Can't get over the size of those rats.
good job highlight of my day. need to introduce this sport to big city people.
These dogs are awesome. This is action packed with suspense and drama. This is better than some of the movies that have been coming out. Lol
Love your dogs. No nonsense looks like they really enjoy themselves.
Love seeing those terriers do what they were meant to do. Great video!
Great dogs for ratting, been ratting for years, great sport
watched all the vidz, some very entertaining stuff, especially as a city boy.
I've seen a lot of films on Ratting Dogs and I must say that these dog's were my very best liked. One dog (I think you called him, Rex?) even tried ripping a fat tree root just to get at the rats 3:39. The energy these Plummers presented was GREAT and I can't wait to see more so definitely subscribed. Thx guy's..
Your PLUMMER RAT PACK are the best I've seen on film.
That THORN is a really FAST DOG ! I'VE SEEN HIM 2 TO 1 MANY TIMES OVER YOUR OTHER DOGS.
I MEAN " THEY'RE ALL GOOD ", but Thorn is definitely A TOP DOG FOR SURE !
GOD JOB FELLAS !!!
Love the dogs! Fun to watch. Thanks!
They need to come to NYC!!!!
I so wish these dogs would have been around, when I used to feed chickens, I was inside 2 doors in this coop; and suddenly, the ground caved in. Every step I took out of the coops made more rat tunnels cave in. I was 16 then. Before 16, I had a white rat as a pet. After that happened, I became severely scared of rodents. I never fed the chickens again. I even call mice rats as they are all the same to me now. These dogs are the greatest ever; and it's so nice you help people.
Eager, wonderful terriers. On the farm I used to work, my dogs were German Shorthaired Pointers, and I doubt that they ever caught a rat; but I kept a clowder of cats in the barn, and they kept the rat population down to a manageable level.
Good Boys! Six of them spread the one rat out like a old time fireman's trampoline! Good work, lovely dogs, well done. I had a lot more respect for my Datsun after he grabbed a rat by the scruff and snapped his neck in two shakes. Some dogs and cats wont kill rats. Some must be taught, others get it right away without training.
cant tell whose more excited the dogs or the people lol...but looks fun AF
haze 4293 yeah it dose
*CRACKEN Good Dogs, Mates!* Full of Grit & No Quit! Like to see that in purpose bred dogs
Severn Valley Ratters, the best entertainment on UA-cam. It's all about the great dogs.
Nothing more satisfying than watching these tremendous terriers doing wha they do best. Great video guys. Love seeing the dog rip the filthy disease ridden rats into bits. Keep up the god work.
I dont know who gets more excited the owners or the dogs but it's nice seeing working dogs work
Wow lovely dogs! Great exercise for them too.
Those puppies playing were adorable
Subbed mate. Love these Severn Valley dog vids.
Loving the pup at 3:39
Respect to the ratters.
Those dogs are savages!! Love it!! I have a couple Dachshund and love how they are great hunters. Mine would even kill cats that come in our yard. Sad but that's what they were bred to do.
very cool. The dogs look like they are having so much fun. Thanks for the vid
good job, boys! perfect dogs!
che bello spettacolo vedere questi cani all'opera! sono i migliori per questo lavoro, davvero un pessimo affare per quei ratti! :)
love watching stuff like this good job
The perfect pest control team! And the are all awesome and cute aww want one of those Jack Russells dogs
their rat terriors
Amazing how competitive the dogs are!
Extremely satisfying work.
Laughing at some of the comments.
I see there are a few Rat lovers about. Up to now, 28 of them.
Why would anyone care about how a mangy ,disease spreading rodent? They need to be eradicated. Not wrapped in Cotton Wool.
Perhaps a more humane way would be more to your liking. Perhaps we could call softly to the little furry dears. Maybe sing them a lullaby or two. When they are nice and relaxed. We could give them a quick plonk on the head with a gold plated hammer. Making sure that their little friends are not looking. We wouldn't want to cause them any distress would we?
The only thing that worries me about this video. Is that the guys did not clear some of the debris first. Barbed wire and sharp edge sheets of metal should not have been left there whilst the Dogs were in a killing frenzy. That was dangerous to the Dogs and is irresponsible of the Dog owners.
Torture??? Where is the Torture???
If you love them so much. Why don't you go along to to the next Rat catching session and you can take them all home with you.
The loving little dears will be so pleased to go and live with you.
You can always turn a blind eye to the Rabies disease that they carry. You can get some flea powder and remove the millions of Fleas that they will bring into your home. When one of them bites you. Don't bother with a Tetanus jab because they did it out of love for you.
Fucking idiot.
They're called "liberals".
Wild rats living in a barn are not loving pets. These are not pet rates, these are disease carriers that ruin livestock and feed. Would it be more humane to poison them so they die slowly, and potentially wind up killing other unintended critters (like a local cat) ?
Old comment now but do you realize these kinds of vermin can wipe out food crops, spread disease, and are also responsible for the plague as they carried the infected fleas? Go do some research before making asinine comments.
i love those dogs...
excellent ,dogs having a great day out
Mad Dogs and Englishmen! Now I know where Noel Coward and Joe Cocker got that idea from.
I see bella learned from the best and has become the best ratter of the bunch eventually
Jeez...size of some of those rats.....
Great video...somehow hypnotic.... :)
Right! I was thinking the same thing. I want to turn away but. some. how. can't.
And the 2 puppies are just to cute.
Keep up the good work guys
Best ratting videos on you tube! People who think this is cruel need to get a grip on reality and learn about what rats offer us humans and our love stock!!
I am definitely getting a plummer terrier when I my schedule will allow me to take care of a dog.

Lovely dogs!
looks like tons of fun for dogs :)
See when my cats catch the mice or small rats all I ever get is the tail, once it had a hind leg attached it was a truly selfless gift, and I feel honored Only my Angels and calypso gifted me with whole ones, yet calypso's were always wet, I realized after finding those rabbit fur covered fake mice floating in the water bowl, did I realize she made sure they were dead by drowning them (they often play dead)True story.
Saphire Blue
You should take that up with the many companies that produce and distribute these rabbit hate toy mice. I have tried to discuss mice genocide with my feline family, on multiple occasions, but the only response I get is Mew and that WTF look I have yet to find a feline therapist with the gift of Dr. Dolittle LMAO
Saphire Blue
My comment was not meant to be funny, and I would prefer a ball of yarn or a flower, but cats are cats they don't kill out of malice, hatred or anger they don't share ANY of our human ideologies. You seem to NOT understand animal behavior or Instinct, or even the fact that I have no control over it. I do understand that in the mind of a cat, it is considered a selfless type gift and an honor, and it should be considered as such. Why people continue to utilize personification alludes me, and IMHO its ignorant and idiotic.
+1Alethiometer my mini dobermans use to do that, eat about half of the mouse or rat then leave the other half as a "gift" or proof that they did the job i tasked them to do.
@@leonidasspartan6863 Mini Dobermans??? What's that? You mean a german pinscher or a manchester terrier, right?
so fun to watch!
Why do there people let their farms get so trashy? Burn all the junk in a junk pile.
