- Ladies, this has been an important decision that I faced 3 different times with each of my children, and this time was the biggest and toughest. The journey that I went through with breastfeeding has been amazing! I have found such a joy in this bonding time with each of my babies. I feel that this seems to be harder then what we make it sometimes. I hope this video and the tips that I provide about easing out of breastfeeding your baby, helps you on your journey as well. I dried up my milk naturally all three times and had a successful transition with each of my children to the bottle.
Thank you all for watching and remember, be happy, have fun and enjoy the season of life that you are in! - Навчання та стиль
I feel it mama!!! Mental health is important for the whole family!!! Same with the dairy!!!!
Thank you for such easy video to follow. Well explained. My midwife made it more complicated that it should be.
Crazy that when I first had my baby the thought of getting to the 6 month mark felt so far away and like such a hard thing to reach. Baby girl is now 5 1/2 months and although i'm still sad to fully put her on formula i'm proud i have made it this far. Ready for the little bit of freedom i'll get back!! Thank you so much for these tips!!
This is super helpful because this past month we started weaning off breast-feeding and yesterday was the last step which was removing that final feed at night so now I’m trying to figure out how to fully dry up my milk supply so I’ve been pumping at least once and not all the way also so this is super helpful makes me feel like I was actually doing it right thank you!
And last night when he took the bottle I was sobbing afterwards knowing that this beautiful journey is over and it’s now onto the next journey so thank you for validating my feelings 💕
I’m so happy this video was helpful! There were definitely lots of tears along the way for me too! You are not alone! Good luck to you! ❤️
Thank you so much I will try the 3 times morning lunch and dinner and go from there ❤️
I needed this video today ! As a first time mom, I’m having guilt of wanting to stop breastfeeding. My supply is running low and it did this about a month ago. I was able to get it back up but now I’m ready to stop. I’m super grateful for being able to do it but mentally I’m tired. It’s not as easy as I thought. Emotionally I’m struggling tho
Omg!!! Me too, I feel guilt cause I wanted to stop when my baby would be at least 18 months, but I’m pregnant again and I’m working 10 hour shifts (graveyard) and getting only 4-5 hours sleep and sometimes less, it’s getting way to hard!! For me it’s taking a toll.
@@stephanielalaland4314 omy gosh you are amazing mama. You are doing the best you can. A fed baby is the most important.
@rivasmaria723, so sorry to hear. Hoping and praying that it gets/got easier for you and baby. With each baby it's a journey and just know that your not alone. Keep doing what's best for you and baby and stay strong! Thank you for watching and for the comment!

This is where I’m at 😢
😭😭😭 I feel guilty, too!!!! Thank you for the video. Today is my first day & I had an idea similar to this, but I wasn't sure it would work. Now that I know it will, I feel confident. Half of me feels the guilt, but the other half also feels excited.
Thank you so much I really needed this video this morning as I am starting work soon and it is first time making this decision as I usually breastfeed with my other children. Super helpful and will definitely try it your way.
I’m glad it was helpful! ❤️ Good luck to you and thank you for watching!
Thank you so much for this video ❤❤ after being completely overwhelmed and panicked about how in the world am I going to stop breastfeeding, this video came to me like a ray of light, I had to stop breastfeeding and my baby was refusing the bottle! Some days I would sit there crying together with my baby. I followed every step and was able to successfully stop breastfeeding after a month and he is now happily taking the bottle 😊
I am so happy to hear this! Thank you for sharing your story. I’m glad it worked out well for you! Thank you for watching! ❤️
I’m falling apart at the thought. Been feeling like I need to for the last week as my production slowed down since going back to work and my baby using me as a pacifier. 😢 I’m relieved that I’m not the only one that is experiencing this. Makes me feel less crazy.
I’m in this process, down to 2 pumps a day. I feel guilty quitting but it’s been 7 months and I have all these hormonal problems and adrenal fatigue so I think for my health it’s time.
Hello, thank you for the video so I need help with stopping my supply of milk I had to stop feeding my baby because of jaundice and going back to work full time and won’t be able to pump as freely. I have more milk in my breasts than I had with my first child and I don’t where to begin since I haven’t been pumping much and been having a lot of pain from not pumping. So do you advise to pump 3 times per day and pump each boob a certain amount of ounces each one and than lower those ounces for each of them? Or just instead of pumping 3 times a day shorten to twice a day I’m really new to all of this, please explain. Thank you so much
The pain is killing!
Doris, so sorry to hear. Hoping and praying that it gets easier for you! Thank you for watching and for the comment.
Amber, great question... I think we had a similar timeframe model to what you have. I agree the adapters are a tricky thing. Hope they worked out for you! Thank you for watching and for the comment! Have a great rest of your day!

First of all take Rasont herb it is easily available online pure natural kasmiri herb no harmful for you and your baby and then take a little container and then little drop of water and add rasont in it you see rasont is disolve in water and then there black herbal paste applying on breast when your child feeding again & again applying baby dislike the taste of black herbal paste and never sought breastfeeding again it is pure natural no any side effects
I am in exact same position. I even try to out tapatío 😭
Going thru the same situation.. do let me know what helped you to stop 😭😭🙏

I’m so sorry. It’s hard when things don’t go as planned. You’re doing your best and you are enough. ❤️ Praying for you ❤️
Watching videos to look for some words of encouragement😭, my baby lost weight on the first 2 days he came home and I felt alot of guilt. His bilirubin levels are on the rise and had to feed him formula because i am obviously not making enough milk. He gained weight and bili levels went down after two days. I have decided to stop pumping all together. I feel guilty but at the same time i am very anxious to stop formula😩
I always say breastfeeding was the hardest and most rewarding thing I have ever done! The most important thing is to have a healthy happy baby! Whatever you decide to do is the best for you and baby. You are doing a great job! Sending prayers your way! ❤️

Did you had any milk clogged while weaning/ stopping breastfeeding?
Great question! I did not! I think stopping slowly helped with that! Thank you for watching!
I’ve been breastfeeding for 19 months 😳 and I’m so ready to stop 😂
That is amazing!
15 months here and ready to stop
@@supstar90 I’m done🎉 I got her down to one feeding and then I took that one away. Day one was fine, day two i started to fill full so I took a shower and used the cabbage! Day three I still felt full but not like super full, by day five I was basically back to normal
@Supriya Rachel, you can do it! Go slow, keep going in the way that works best for you and baby and you’ll get it! Thanks for watching and for the comment! Have a great rest of your day!
@Yazzy Marr, that’s great to hear! Good for you!
Hi
I have been feeding my little daughter till know she is 1 year and 5 months , I really want to stop but don't know how, she is attached to my milk alot. She eats food well.but night time and in day she has my milk . Really need to stop please .
Hi Zahra! I felt like this when I made the transition away from bottles when my babies turned one. They were attached to the bottle and I was so nervous to replace it with a sippy cup. I did not nurse my babies as long as you, but it sounds like a similar situation. It took a few days for the babies to get used to milk in a sippy cup, but I think I made it out to be harder than it was. Maybe offering a sippy cup and a snack at the same time for a few days will help her get through it. Hope this helps! Good luck!
Hi.. i want stop breasfed. because i want to Going to work, because my husband only the earning money and it not fit for our daily needed.. so i want to work...to have own salary....
I worked while breastfeeding all my babies, it is possible to do both and it’s also completely reasonable to stop to go back to work! Whatever you choose, will be best for you and baby! Good luck! 😀
I came back after one month of doing this method and it was the best
I was afraid that people said i have to cut it directly for three days and i was scared i have to take all the pain and my baby will suffer from that also
But this way was very smart and i stoped breastfeeding successfully without any pain and my baby was very prepared ❤
I’m so happy to hear this! Thank you for sharing!
Hi im going through thos feelings like i feel sad for her that he just wakeup and the hole process changed😏
Two years of breastfeeding 💪🏽 I’m so ready to stop right now 😂😂😂
That’s amazing!! Good luck to you!!!!❤️
Me too . Its 2 and a half years for me with My daughter& she looks like she isn't trying to stop so I definitely have to just not let her breastfeed and then she has a fit & I Feel bad a little. I give her almond milk in her cup she drinks and then still wants boobie... but I think 2 and a half is great . I did the same for my son .
4 years of breastfeeding.....
3 years and a month and I found myself here 😂
What is baby is over 1 year and we don't give bottles?
I know it's hard. Keep trying! Thank you for watching and for the comment.
Hi....just a small doubt...I'm Mounica...is pumping better than nursing ..at the time of stopping breastfeeding...if so in what way...can you please help
I wouldn’t say either way is better than the other. For me, I work full time and end up pumping most of the time when I return to work. So I cut out a pumping session when I am stopping. I think if you are just nursing you would cut out nursing sessions and replace them with a bottle or food for the baby, the same way I cut out pumping sessions. Hope this helps! Thank you for watching! 😀
I am only stopping because my daughter is using my nipple as a chew toy 😔 I’m very sad to stop but I am in so much pain and she is only 10 months so doesn’t know any better. Any suggestions on how to help her stop bitting me maybe I won’t have to stop.
My toddler is 2 Years old. Did it too long. Now its hard to stop
3yrs 4months still bf ma boy n its so boring and fun at the same time. I need to stop though
Christine, good for you! That is a big accomplishment! You can do anything that is the best for you and your baby, I believe in you! Hoping for the best for you guys.
Thank you for watching and for the comment! Have a good rest of your day!
guilt...looking at how hungry my baby got eventhough i've breastfeed him for a long time & the low quantity(1oz or less) each time i breastpump but the main thing that doesn't help, my breast always get red, swollen&painful daily even when i've tried my very best .
i didn't even know how to start. i should buy formula milk first before starting this journey to stop bf right?
I would get some formula before you just stop, so that baby can get adjusted to it as well
I have breastfeed my baby for 1year 1 month and I still feel guilty to stop him. My heart is skipping so fast. It’s my first child and I just have a mix feeling
Wow that is amazing, you’re doing a great job mama! It is so hard! Maybe you can stop slowly? Whatever you choose, will be best for you and baby! Praying for you! 😀
