Definitely not these guys first rodeo! Through the two parts of this crane erection, I never saw any crew member standing around killing time! They were constantly hard at it, and it was clear that they had no doubt what to do or when to do it! Mad skills by all including the operating engineer running the massive mobile crane! He put every piece spot on! As the first horizontal piece went up with tag line attached, I was anxious to see if they would just unhook it and toss, but being 100% professional in all respects, they hooked it on a sling and sent it back down to the exact spot it was needed next! The crane manufacturers, both mobile and tower, have done a great job of designing these things in an easily assembled/disassembled modular manner! This is massive machinery, but watching the procedures gives the false impression of being Lego like! Nothing could be further from the truth! Great job on these shows btw! Thanks!
Of course we tie the tag line on to send it down! Everything is controlled so just tossing the tag line down would be dangerous for our brothers working on the ground!
I had 40 years working with cranes ,all sorts tower crawler and mobile cranes ,did that job as well erecting cranes , operated cranes with piling rigs cranes on the water on a barge with divers in the water ,and loved every minute of it
See , I told you it was easy .phew I don’t envy those chaps at the top building that monster . It’s all about teamwork and being able to rely on your co worker knowing exactly what to do and when to do it .what ever they pay you it’s not enough. Respect to you all .😊
This brings back memories for me, in the 1970’s I was part of the rigging team for tower cranes in Sunderland Public Works Department in the North East of England. Not sure my understanding of the risks was as great as it is now, as retired 70 year old electrician. Credit to those who do this work today, be safe and take care.
I always wanted to know how they put together the tower crane and how they dismental. This video is one of the best I have every seen. Hats off to these brave and skilled workers. What a great team work with full safety in vision and practice. Thank you so much for sharing this. I liked this video very much.
Vous êtes des fous volants! C'est magnifique ce travail, en équilibre, précis, rapide, super organisé et très bien filmé. Merci. AMAZING! from Lyon France
It wasn’t me watching 2 times minutes of videos of power. Man it was 1 and a halve hours of pure force it was 1 and a half hour of entertainment and beautifully chosen music. Thank you guys for sharing this beautiful video with me👍👍love from Holland 🇳🇱 👍👍
We bought some cranes from Maxim. Electrical panels were a wreck. Horrifying. "W in TF happened here?!" bad. Now, when we find that, we say the crane's been "Maxim-ized." At any rate, Jack and Patrick Stafford bought Soima. If I was a betting man, I'd push all my chips to the middle of the table and tell you Stafford is going to eat Maxim's lunch. I've talked to some of Maxim's people though. It's already happening in a couple places. I'm biased though. I took turns with Jack beating the pins out of jib sections back in the day. Real good dude. Worth millions and he'd be out there swinging a hammer with his guys.
I watched a asembble of a tower Crain and I just amazed me asto the skills of these workers is amazing I couldn’t even watch some of the skills these men have besides the guts these men have amazing !
Beyond believe! Using two or more cranes to build a crane. But the Liebherr LTM 11200 remains the most beautiful, strongest, complicated and most versatile of ‘m all. Thank you constructors, riggers, engineers, crane operators (especially the LTM) and all the guys that made this video so beautiful, let’s not forget the Bigge Company for sharing these two videos ❤👍👍🙏love from Holland 🇳🇱
To me this is one of the wonders of the modern world. I appreciate the brain behind the invention and everyone who assemble it everyone who operates it. Thanks for uploading this. I always wanted to see this.
Mesmerizing ‼️. Loved the entire two part video. Understanding all the preparation and support for the cranes, all 3 of them. Under structures, safety for the men working. Beautiful. I would the hospital construction.
SOB , i had no idea it took tons & tonś of rebar and steel to make that Pad ? What a wonderful team of Men & women it took to put this job together , not counting all the trucks and equiptment , hundreds of hours ? My hats go off to those guys up in the sky Damn , what a team ? Yaĺl kicked Ass on this job, Wonderful work, i sure did enjoy watching both videoś.. Please be safe ? See Ya. Texas
Yeah I agree. Was so interesting to see the amount of work that goes into it all...Unreal!! And then to think...it all just comes back down!! Incredible work!, mad respect for all those involved!
Awesome video! Alway wonder how Tower Cranes our put together. I can't believe, I watch both part 1 & 2. I learn a lot about them on how they go together. I enjoy the music and the time lapse to.
I've been watching the video and don't want to be smart, but what a fiddling to secure that small white rotating part! ( 4:00 ) that man has to climb around all the time, how hard is it to think that you could make a small balcony around (at the right height! ). respect for the guys who do the construction work up there! Greetings from the Netherlands! Rob
Thank you for the beautiful video, what an education you have given me. I have learned so much on u tube much more than I ever learned anywhere, including school!

Job well done !!! These are the men who built this country, with all the buildings, roads, bridges, ships and everything we see. Their sweat and hard work MUST be appreciated and celebrated by all and by future generations who are benefitting and enjoying their creations. Regretfully, our corrupt political leaders and kleptocrats, are destroying our country and its people.

Agreed, it does look weird with that missing but that link is not required as the stay cables are carring that part of the load. But you are right and and I have never noticed that before on other set ups.

Thank you!! The music was perfect. Those men are a wonder, the design is another. My hat is off to you and those men.
My anxiety was high, my palms were sweating. I had to fast forward a few times. You would never had found me up there even when I was young!
These workers are heroes
working on these high environments
Glad to see you back, as usual the videos are first class! Thanks!
Much appreciated!

That crane on the ground is a fabulous piece of equipment. Very nice and a very skilled operator. Great video thanks

Excellent Video, Loved it, I never realized until now how much of a base structure that is done to support the tower.
And done within a week or less of the poured concrete base!! Must be a fast set super strong cement.
Given that there's still some reo protruding through I wonder if it ends up being part of the building structure?

These guys and gals are God's. I rock climb free solo, and I would never do this. These people rock
Saw part 1 and came straight here, awesome.
Well done! Brave and very skilled workers. Very impressive profession. Thanks to all.
I like the guy's red and white striped clown pants with the giant blue pockets .A touch of frivolity punctuating a dangerous and serious job,☺
Un trabajo muy interesante y de primera calidad. Felicidades
Amazing! Glad to see the riggers use safety lines!
Amazing concept & proof in function. Like Gigantic Erector set.
