This TopRC Fw190 is using the awesome Moki 180 radial gas engine modified to run on CH-ignitions spark system.
Propeller is Ramoser 3 blade hub.
Warbirds over Lier was an substitute event for Warbird over Evje as we are currently undergoing major uppgrades to our field at Evje. Lots of good friends and great flying were had...

What a gorgeous FW190, the Moki helps. Flown well...looks to be dominating the sky. That sound...whoa! Great landing...that guy knows how to use the rudder!

Sehr schön, habe die Gleiche aber mit fünf Zyl. UMS Stern. Leider schon mal auf Grund von kognitiven Totalausfall beim start auf due Erde geplumst. Jetzt ist der gute Flieger ca. 1 kg schwerer als vorher.
That's a shame, but these things happen and are unfortunately a part of the hobby. But I bet it still fly good 👍👍

Mate gorgeous, what prop size and pitch. Have the ums 180, getting Blackhorse fw 190 soon, 26x16 seems popular but I don't know about a 16 inch pitch, sounds to much. Yours seemed perfect
Not mine so not sure what it's a for size.
Actually sounds like a period aircraft engine at low RPM. Put the playback speed to .75 and it looks real in flight.
Is this with the 25,9 SG blade? What pitch? Nice video!

I always get sketchy when I see guys flipping a prop and holding a transmitter with a neck strap dangling.. I once saw a guy do it on a small saito, and it dragged his hand into the prop..

I hope you have strengthened the two bars to which the plug-in tubes are attached. without reinforcement, a breakage of the spar is very likely. This happened to a colleague of mine last year. total loss.
Yes, the tubes and the flimsy tail section is strengthened with carbon fiber 👍

It's a wonderful plane/build, good flying with a perfect landing. But -
It's a dishonour to the pilots who flew this plane originally - and lip-service to the enemies of truth - when the sunwheel is missing from the tale.
