Good video! I had a broken ribbon cable and just seeing which side red goes helped too! These are great amps, repair costs have increased and these are hot on ebay now that music is back

Hello, I have a QSC K10 that powered on, the blue light comes on, but no input signal, green signal lights from both inputs don't come on. Can you help me out? can I send the input board to you for repair?

Hi is it possible to make adjustments to the crossover parameters on this amplifier?

I mean, you could, if you were willing to learn how to write code for the Analog Devices DSPs, then export the code into a firmware format & blow it into the EEPROM... but the real question is... do you really think you are smarter than the QSC engineers with their expensive test gear & anechoic chamber who came up with the crossover frequencies?? QSC has quite literally the most reasonably priced replacement drivers in all of professional audio, so if you are asking because you want to change the drivers, I'd advise against that. It will cost you more, and you probably won't get the result you hoped for. See below for realistic amp power numbers from the dyno.
If you just want a plate amp because you have an old QSC K series BOP lying around, then you can put it in "test mode" by creating a solder bridge on a pair of pads right under the left input level control knob on the DSP / input board. This allows both amps to run full power, no restrictions, no protections, no frequency cutoffs. The amp / PSU board is responsible for current limiting / output short shutdown, so that will be the only protection you are left with, which should be enough in most cases. You'll get about 250 watts RMS x2 channels. You can buy a compatible wiring harness from QSC for about 10 bucks plus shipping.
Oh, and this amp is fully capable of running in bridge mono mode. If you want to do that, get the wiring harness for the KW118. Otherwise get a wiring harness for any K or KW series top box to access the amp output in 2 channel mode.
