Knowing the correct products to use on my thick hair. Your tips though are going a very long way in helping me though. I feel like when I get my hair cut soon I’ll be a lot more confident in trying to style it.

The two of you demonstrating the various techniques is wonderful. Vastly helpful watching your gorgeous wife blow out her hair versus a “professional” blow dry where you make it look both easy AND complicated, if that makes sense. If your wife is game, I’d love more of these ‘real world’ tutorials. Many thanks. What a great looking couple you are!

These videos are so helpful. When a professional does all the work it’s hard for me to catch on, but watching you teach your beautiful model is so helpful. I do my hair exactly how she was doing hers before you corrected her, and I had no clue why it never looks like what my stylist does.

Love your videos. Especially love how you have your wife do it so we see what it is like when we would do it ourselves. I can never seem to get the same results as I do from my stylist, but with you explaining everything and having your wife do it makes so much more sense now. Thanks for taking the time to do these vidoes!

I realize this video was created a year ago… But thank you so much! It was so instructive to watch your beautiful wife do it herself. I have a waist length hair and use the Olivia garden large round brush to dry and smooth my wavy fine hair. When finished I then use a small-maybe 1”, at the crown on top close to the scalp to create instant lift.

She is a natural beauty and it's so good to see a woman not "hiding behind a tonne of makeup" You make a great team. Thank you for your extremely practical advice to those of us who struggle to style our hair ( I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels "Oh this is to hard so just put it in a ponytail or messybun.... ) so TY once again Justin for your channel. During lockdown what better time to educate the Academics who had our head in the books while the rest of the population was doing their hair LOL . Your channel is "JUSTIN-TIME" LOL . Love this Justin, especially as I have curly hair & if I want a straight style i use GHD straighteners, I use rarely due to damage so I depend on large round brush & blow dry, or I let it dry on it's own after a quick blast of drying roots like you've just done. Learned so much more about different types of brushes. Thank you for sharing. 🥰

I just found your channel and love the videos, thank you so much for making them! I also love my Dyson dryer, it’s the kindest one I’ve ever owned to my fine but thick, wavy, cowlicky, highlighted hair. One tip I can share is, after using the dryer and a round brush on a section, I flip the dryer over and let it’s air intake on the back sit over the section for a few seconds. It cools the hair and sets it, makes it shinier, and is also faster (for me) than running the dryer on cool over my whole head after blow drying. Thanks again, and I look forward to more videos.

This is really helpful because I'm so useless at doing my own hair. I have thin hair so end up having too much product so it looks heavy, flat and greasy or the blowdryer just creates a frizzball when I don't use product. saw your announcement on Sunny's story tonight. Congratulations! It's so great to see so much growth for you in less than a month! Also, I love your content, because I struggle doing my own hair... :) Thanks for sharing your success story!!

Thank you so much! Sunny has changed everything for me!!! I couldn’t be more appreciative of what they do!!! I truly feel blessed. Thank you for checking out my channel!!! Are you in the authority accelerator or the bosses group?

@@justinhickox I am in the Bosses course, but haven't begun the work on my channel. I have two businesses, one service (mortgage brokerage) and one e-commerce (succulents and gift items). I have been interested in working on just one channel for one of the businesses, for now. The Authority Accelerator is something I'm keenly interested in, but my challenge is what exactly my content will cover. Wondering if the Accelerator course would help me refine that...? In any case, love what you're doing. I watched several more of your videos this morning. Very inspiring, I love that everyone you makeover FEELS amazing. I'm inspired to do something with my own hair now, too. haha Thanks for the reply!

Justin, heart felt thanks for your videos. I am 46, and I can't tell you how much I've spent on stylists (including going to Bon Jovi's) just to try to get a good hair cut. I have had damaged hair all my life because 1) I didn't know about combing/detangling 2) I didn't know how to properly blow dry (always went perpendicular to my hair) 3) didn't use good shampoos or products. Literally just by using a wet brush and drying my hair the direction you said, my hair went from Homeless to Haute! It's pretty sad to be learning this so late. I wish my stylists had taught me. My mom didn't know either and I am going to pass on this knowledge to her and my sister. Again, thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

I just found your channel and subscribed. This video was so helpful! A suggestion for another tutorial is what types of hair products for styling to use such as mousse, gels, pastes, etc. and when you would use them/for what purpose. Looking forward to more! Thank you!!

I’m sure you’ve covered this but I can never get enough volume tips for us ladies with wavy/curly hair. I guess my main things are layering it strategically and root lift. And gel. But I need all the tips I can get! :)

    Thank you.
I have asked so many hairstylist over the years 'Show me how ro do what yor doing to my hair, as I do it myself" & not one person has helped me out.
I do not ave straight hair, like your model - but I do like to blow my hair out now and then.
I have very wavy/thick hair. If you ever have a model with the same hair type, I would appreciate a demonstration.
    Thank you, again.
