- In this episode we stumbled upon an INSANE CAVE! We had literally no idea when we stepped our feet onto the little boat.
It's Mon's birthday and we are actually traveling for business but making sure we have good times with the kids too. We are enjoying a great birthday and many delicious food items in Trang Town in the South of Thailand. If you want to visit the Nokhook House when you are in Trang:

Oh haha! I don't think anyone in our group would have done it if they watched this video first 😂😂😂 (except me maybe) but that's the thing, we had no clue what's about to come!
I asked the guide if anyone ever was panicking while Mon kept shushing me to stop "opening my mouth to the devil" as we say it in Hebrew (it was maybe not the right moment to ask this question while we wear sliding through the cave lying down on our backs with the rocks just a few cm from our faces), oh it was insane!

My favorite story from Trang is from the night market. We were there with our 1 yo and 5 yo kids, and it started pouring rain. We had no umbrella, so we got wet fast, but this granny saved the night by demanding we take her umbrella. She just wouldn't take no for an answer. And another day we got chased down by another granny, who wanted to give our kids some fresh bananas =D
Plan was to stay in Trang for 2 days, we ended up staying there for two weeks.
Hahaha sounds like Thailand in general... there is always some kind soul around.

Wow that was crazy!! I didn't know what you meant by the insanity that's about to come (btw i love you adding your thoughts in during the b-roll) but when i saw your usually active kids lying still as a rock i knew it was scary!! Once in a lifetime experience for sure! It helped me visualize how the thai boys got into the caves that then filled with water. Imagine them having to swim through the same low rock formations you went through!!! Miraculous.

Fear is something that robs us of beauty. I feel like if u were just quiet and took in the environment in silence and tranquillity, you could have felt the sheer beauty of that experience and the place in all its glorious beauty.
It is easy for me to say on this side of the computer. But I felt like I wanted to experience that place in all its majesty in silence. It's as though I was there and would be in my element.
I understand that just doing it was big for u. But it's interesting to see from another person's perspective who doesn't fear that particular type of thing. But put me in many other situations, and I would be terrified, don't worry. We all suffer fear in one way or other
I think Ur utube channel would benefit from consistency, as in timing. Weekly blogs or fortnightly blogs. Just my thoughts. Yet I understand. Maybe u dont want to commit to such. I'd struggle with that, too.
But people follow consistency, I would say.

Hahaha it wasn't possible to be quiet for even one minute as our guide was non-stop talking. He was absolutely amazing though. I wonder how it is when foreigners go as he said his English is not so good. So maybe that would be a more quiet experience... 😅

Yeah I do wonder what happens if someone gets a panic attack. Especially because we were not prepared for this at all. But your body and mind kinda takes over and just survives maybe. I don't know. The kids were so well-behaved and we weren't even truly tuned to them as we were mostly focused on ourselves.
