You missed an Output Tube on one of your mines on the Left.
A tip maybe you found this out all ready but you can pause the mine carts rather than pausing the whole game. Just click the cart and look for the on/off botton

I like how he says in the first episode "The arrows on the transfer tubes is so clear you really can't screw it up." And in the very next episode.... he screws up a transfer tube.
Yes, but adjusting is easy...
And he'll keep screwing it up every time for the next 14 episodes as well. In fact, he always grabs the correct tube first, then 'corrects' himself by switching to the wrong one, and put that in without a thought. Then later, he'll find that he screwed up, and remark how he keeps doing that all the time. :)

One tip... move stuff back so you can get more tunnels in. It looks like you are missing out on a whole length of road there ;)
I have watch a few different people try to play this game, and you are the only one i have found that knows what you are doing. A pleasure to watch.
1kg crate of ore = 10 kg refined. Skye your breaking science. Your adding heavy stuff to the bottom of the crates and then covering it in coal to hide it. Your clients purchasing those goods will want your head.

As usual, your setup is way more optimized than the other guys posting this preview. I am disappointed devs say NO Mods and NO Multi-player planned though.

I'd argue that mods are a must for these types of games. The thing that keeps me coming back to minecraft is various skyblock/breakout maps, the thing that keeps me interested in Factorio is Bob's, Angel's, Pyanodon's, Seablock, Industrial revolution etc. This will be a fun game that I'll still buy for a playthrough, but without mods I will probably forget about it soon after.
@@odw32 100% agree. Mods really add replay; otherwise just changing maps does not provide the replayability.
I LOVE the fact that the factory stuff is inside, it makes so much sense. This is a nice set up, love the graphics and the design and the nature of it so far. Looking forward to seeing how things continue and develop.

Take the exit tunnels slightly further in so that you can add another set of pitstops. Cool game!
Doesn't fit a 4th pitstop and it's not needed anyway as you will see :)

I'm thinking there has got to be a way to transfer pipe all (the sets of three) the coal miners into one large storage tank, then unload into mine carts from there. In other words centralize each set of miners into one storage tank with a single off-load point. Afterwards you link all nine coal miners into one mine cart track with one large off load into the factory. From how the factory currently is, I would think you could plump the central off-load storage tanks in line with the mine cart line off-loading into the factory (For OCD prettiness if nothing else). I would think this would cut down on some of your power and increase your profit margin. And it might make it feasible to increase the production up to nine refiners, because the cart lines won't be in the way.
Also can you use step-conveyors to export the crates from the factory, so the drone pick up doesn't have to go through the doors?
And do the roads have to be right there? Can they move away from the current factory?
Also, can the factory be built up like in satisfactory?

If you move the entrance/exit tubes further into the rock, you should be able to add more truck stops
you're my go to guy for bad and good games. i'd say for me personally you do 50% good games and 50% bad... and i can't thank you enough for that :) ( i'm not saying they're bad games just that they're bad for me)

Yeah, that and the unloading stage for the first coal loop had a full container it couldn't keep up with the incoming coal. I have been waiting for that to be noticed since the first video too. lol

If you had played Factorio you wouldn't say that it's a greatly designed game.
It hearts when you have to remove everything three times to make them connect

Your setup reflects a common rule for production: Spend the money up-front to build MORE capacity than you need, then grow into it, rather than building 20 mines and then scurrying around cobbling together a mess for production. You can likely handle more ore coming in than you have without expanding the factory which means more efficient which means more profit.

Looks great! Your set-up looks way better than other's I've seen! Using only 1 packager for 3 refiners is sweet! ... I did think the in game sound balance was a little high compared to your voice though. :-/
