    My XT 2 is by far the best riding mower I have ever had, very well engineered.

    Congrats on starting a channel; I am thinking about it. Can't decide which one to get for my Dad, he is 92 has about 5 acres, maybe 3 of it mowable with some gradual slopes. He pulls a cart for weeds and tree branches, leaves in the spring are a pain. Hope he keeps going.

    I'm thinking about buying one, but I want a few criterias:18hp engine, Front by per and 320l bin but I want to buy him in a few years. The only thing Im worried about is that if the price won't go down. But If XT2 with this configuration would cost max 8,9k i will buy him instantly.Becouse I don't have enough money for investing in lawn tractor's.

    Thanks for the review. Any link to snow blower attachment? Also, which model is your xt2? I am buying an xt2 for snow blowing mainly and debating whether I need diff lock or not for my driveway which has a slope about 3' rise over 25 ft length.

      Mine is the xt2. I bought my snowblower off of Facebook market place.
      You may be able to buy it from Home Depot.
      Your going to need chains. And a set of weights for the back. The 3 foot over 25 foot ain’t bad at all but you will need the chains and weights.

    I have a 46" XT1 and the battery went to 3.5V. I need a charger for it, if it's still good, but Don't know which version to buy. Is the original battery a gel cell or an AGM? Do I need those options on my charger? My local supply store had one with all the options, but it didn't work. The next model, for 10 amps, said it was only good for lead acid. Now what?

    Hello I have the XT2 46 with the Kawasaki motor. Temp in Winnipeg is -27. Any tips on starting in an unheated garage.

      Make sure your using non ethanol gas and have a splash of sea foam in the gas tank you use to help stabilize the gas. Gas can go bad after a couple of months.

    What's up with that lawn? Dogs? I have the XT1 and she's great. I have horrible terrain due to fescue clumps to the point I pop up out of the seat and stutter the engine. But she cuts them down and each pass it gets easier and easier. Have only had it stall once on a log I was unaware was there.

    What's the easiest way to put the deck belt back on. Got a new one and got it all on except the last part. LOL How do you hold the tensioner out long enough to get the front of the belt back on easier

    • @springfield03sniper
      @springfield03sniper 3 роки тому

      have a second person hold the tensioner back with a 3/8 inch Rachet, while you swap belts.

    • @sandrafish6349

      That's my problem I don't have that second person to help.😊

      Disconnect the tensioner and hook the belt up the the front and re hook the tensioner cable back up. Should be able to do this with one person. I’ve unhooked and re hooked the deck a few times my self.

      @@anitaalexander1689 So did you get it moving yet? It does run, yes? When you say it's been serviced every yr, was the transaxle serviced? They say to change the fluid, clean the filter and magnets starting @ 50 hrs of use! Then thereafter around 200 hrs or so to change/inspect the unit. If it shows any type of leakage from seals ect, it's a good possibility that the transaxle is low on fluid.
