Thanks you sooo extremely much. Can not wait to wear them again, impressive work 👌👌👌👌
THEY LOOK WAY BETTER THAN BEFORE!👊
Beautiful shoes....
The shipping costs must have been outrageous! :-)
Sherif Ali congrats on the work! Great looking shoes.
Sherif Ali what brand are they? I’m a fan of the shoe and would like to get myself a pair
I like your "hammer time". My wife hears the sound and thinks I'm busy working.
Now thats an idea
🤣🤣🤣
🤯🤣😂🤣🤪
So, I went to Bedo's the other day while in DC. I looked at a sheet of JR Leather in the store and at Steve's award-winning shoe on display. It was like looking at a fallen tree and a piece of fine furniture. He makes the craftsman part look so easy but he is a genuine master of his trade. I will send work (out of country for me) to Bedo's in the future. Very high quality at fair prices.
Dmac K thank you friend ❤️❤️👍👍
I am struggling to remember anything worthwhile in my life, before discovering the magical world of shoe repair. Thanks for posting.
You are an artist and your craftsmanship is second to non. Wowwwwwww. Thank you so much
A natural communicator..and a craftsman with pride in his work.
I watched this with my 8 year old son and he loved your Hammer Time joke. He made me rewind it 3x and then said “that was hilarious”. 👍
My wife wanted to know how I manage to keep on watching shoe repairs by you! 😂 Nowadays she watches with me and enjoys it so much!
That is awesome!
This is like watching mister Rogers neighborhood, educational and entertaining. I can continue to watch these videos like reruns. Never gets old Steve. Thanks broski Mr. Bedo’s leather Shop
You have a great sense of humor..."get ready children" when its hammer time just cracks me up. Really enjoy watching and learning.....alright....lets continue....
Hi Steve. What I love most about your videos is how genuine you are; a rare commodity these days. Your ability to take criticism with good humor shows you are secure in your skills (you should be) and don't take things like comments too seriously. Keep up the great work.
Excellent work Steve!
Steve you brighten my days buddy, love you man, love your enthusiasm, just love everything about the way you work. We need more people like you in this world. Stay calm and let’s continue!
I have had a pair of Pal Zileri shoes, too. The sole was not stitched and peeled off I alway enjoy watching your videos. Thank you from Japan
Such a great job! And the “BEDO’s” in the sole guard...genius. You were baiting us with the tease on them. You aren’t just a master craftsman, you’re a master baiter!
Love reading the complimentary statements from viewers. Such a joy to watch your skill and improve on shoes that were to some degree mass produced and not to perfection.
What a beautiful redesign! Better than new for sure!
Looks to me like you found your trademark. Beautiful logo integration. When ya gonna stop playing with old shoes? Time to make your own brand! I'd buy a pair.
Yet another great video that makes us appreciate quality and craftsmanship. I have to add that you made that nice looking shoe look even better. Bravo, Steve! It’s sheesha time!
Love your videos Steve. I really enjoy watching artisans work.
Another great presentation ! As I watch I am quite taken by the background . I think you should do just a video showing all the neat and intriguing items and tools on the shelves in the back . I also think the tools and machines that you use are interesting as well . Keep up the great work !
well done again. Greetings from Down Under👍🏽
I love Steve, "Never cut toward yourself as his thumb is already bandaged"! Beautiful job sir, your customer will be thrilled!
You put the glued sole on the shoe and I knew: Hammertime! Made me smile and chuckle. Learned new things today and I really enjoy your work. Thank You for your uploads; they make for a good day.
I find everything you put into your craft to be of the utmost excellence, I truly enjoy watching and listening to you while you work, thank you for your videos and the love you put into every project, greetings from Alabama
This is far too complicated - I'll just stick to engineering...
I learn a new shoe related fact every time I watch your videos! As always, awesome work Steve!!! Hammah Time!
I binge watched your videos for hours today. You’re a good man brother. I just started in leather work (Bible Binding) and I get ideas even from other leather crafts. Keep up the great work!
I'm so glad your volume is back!
Your happy spirit and beautiful work makes me smile :))
I love your punchy since of humor while you were working on these shoes. Like always they came out amazingly!
😂hamertime ,all the kids and dog are running, thx for explaining your time and the vlog,👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️see you next time steve
Love the hair cut and the shoes look great.👍
Steve, of course you did a bang out job. I really love the Bedo's on the soles.
You always make sense. KEEP HAMMERING. Thanks again Steve for a great show.
I got to admit it this man can stitch..Great Job
Yay hammertime! Sharp knives, leather shoes, stitching., and glue! ...its all happening here, all the way from Dubai ! And the master craftsman at work , let's continue.
Steve, you crack me up! I was hoping he would want a gamming added and then the welting. But I enjoy the details. We enjoy the details. So many shoe repair folks just crop and no details. I’m your follower.
Shoes turned out Great.-👞🥾👠👡👢🥿👟🩰 -Your an Artist Steve.
Tremendous expertise,flawless job
You just made my morning! Thanks Steve!
Those are beautiful shoes and you did make them much better. High quality workmanship!
Idea. Collect all the questions that fill your inbox and do a video answering them. Just a thought.
You are a master shoe cobbler and keep us entertained😎spectacular job as always
I had no idea so much work went into this! Love the videos man. Keep em comin'!
It’s not a surprise if you have it in the video’s thumbnail!🤣🤣
Awesome job as always Steve!👍🏻👍🏻
Another fantastic piece of art, crafted by Steve Bedo! I am loving that sticker on the bottom. You need to start embossing that on the bottoms instead.
Thank you Steve for explaining the various Blake stitches. I have been considering a pair of dress boots with these (I like the smaller footprint). I now realize that very few cobblers will repair these but YOU will. Very nice to know. I live virtually down the street. BTW, how anyone can say that shoe repair is ASMR is beyond me. They must sleep in the subway.
You have a lot more control pulling that knife toward you. I always taught my art students to do it that way.
Nice work Steve! I love the leather work.
If you customize your shoes, or your wife’s I would love to see your collection! 😄
I second that. Steve, if you read my comment, plz show us your valuable collection 😀
Dear Steve! Another excellent and talented repair! I find it unacceptable the a high end garment manufactuer as Pal Zileri accepting a shoe manufactuer cutting corners on the integrity of the shoes! Thats why myself never buiyng shoes branded with luxury garment manufacturers name unless i know who manufactured them (as example of UK manufactures Edward Green, Crockett & Jones and Italian Santoni, Fratelli Rosetti all making shoes for high end garment manufacturers). Now its really time to get my act together and send you my Florsheim Imperials (5 pairs....) as previous discussed. Love your channel and the high level of craftsmanship! As said in past; No one above, just below! Kind regards Jørn from Norway.
A great video with lots of interesting information. It seems like many of the expensive "brand name" companies make their shoes and even some other items to be attractive to catch the eye but construct them to be disposable objects. A shame for the money spent. Thank goodness for Steve and his trusty hammer! together they do it right and make it last. Look forward to the next video.
We have cheap shoes in Italy, too. Not everyone can afford €450 a pair, but we’re all stylish!
You have really improved those shoes!! 👍👌
Beautiful work, your craftsmanship and the attention to detail is amazing. Pal Zileri is a fairly well known Italian clothing company, more known for their suits and sport coats. I'm sure these are made by some other Italian manufacturer, but they look good.
“I just thought of something!” Chuckles. I don’t have enough thoughts that result in this reaction 🤔
Another fabulous job!
Another great video Steve. The shoes are gorgeous. You worked your magic on them as usual. I'm sure Mr Sherif will be delighted with them.
Regards Rowena 🇬🇧
Those look beautiful now! I thought the soles looked a little thin before ( if that makes any sense) and the extra stitching finished the uppers nicely. But the work on the bottom took them to a whole other level ! I think I know what I want for my birthday NEXT year! 😁👌🔥
Outstanding work! It's strange though, I was under the impression that Italian shoes were some of the finest crafted shoes in the world? I suppose it depends on the manufacturer.
15:01 love the video effects with the sound.
One Nation LOL I’m glad you caught that
I had to rewind and rewatch to make sure it wasn't something else showing up on my phone!
absolutely wonderful, you are truly an artist!
they look amazing, love the soles, really good!
So cool. I really enjoy your work.
Wow best shoes i have seen today.👍
Beautiful job man !
Damn, those shoes looks so good now! Excellent work!!!!
Beautiful job as usual!
Awesome job, as always!
GREAT JOB, STEVE!
Fantastic as usual
the little logo's are very cool. please "Lets continue" with lots of "hammer time"
Watched twice and still not sure how you got the original sole to reattach to the heel portion on those black ones. Glue & nails? These were double soled?
Can hear the wind distantly. Do you hand make individual lasts for customers or do you sell ready made lasts?
Great job love the stamp on the leather.
Dawn Mason I don’t make last per say but I have adjusted some to fit some jobs
I guess the owner didn't want Italian flip flops.
Beautiful job on those shoes. I always wonder why do top lifts have a little piece cut off on inside corners?
I think Steve said in another video that its there to keep the heel from catching on the pants cuff when you walk?
Great quality work steve and once again love that hammer sound by far best part of the video keep up the great work until the next...
Incredible job. Awesome.
At this stage in a repair (with everything apart, complete sole removed)....could you change a shoe from a Blake stitch to a Goodyear welt? If someone wanted to that is.
I’m so happy for a new video lol. I’ve started to really look forward to them. “Alright....let’s continue.”
ETA: “It’s HANMER TIME!!!”
These came out NICE!
Crystal CreoleQueen Chachere
Anything is possible but not a good idea
Bedo's Leatherworks LLC got cha...I assume it’ll mean taking the whole shoe apart.
@@504CreoleCrystal I suppose the problem lays not as much in taking part - it´s retaining the fit of the shoe to the customer´s feet.
Nice work! Also, it's pahl-zee-LAY-ree, more of a clothing house with shoes to fill in the line.
Steve, Thanks...I love Hammer time! You thought of something, but your'e not going to tell us. You sound sneaky with glee. That is why we like your channel so much, never a dull moment. What are you up to? Hey the shoes look fantastic. Great work! Thanks for sharing, take care and God Bless.
I'm throat punching the people that made my shoes if the sole/heal comes off/is loose. Nice repair! #hammertime
They are both beautiful.
I'd like to see you go to a cobbler's convention or competition. It would give a behind the scenes look at the craft.
Great great great ,as usual man.
As always, amazing work sir! And thanks for the sound warning. Lol
These shoes are ok now Steveo 🤗🤗🤗🤗
Did you happen to hammer your thumb before during hammer time?
Great work/Video as usual El Stevo!! (Your mobile seems to be a lost cause, but the Lads are on the hot trail of the swine that did that to your hair!, and trust me we will get him and make him pay!!) ha ha!
Did I see some kind of glitter swirl in there in a video transition? Pretty cool. I'm paying attention.
Amy D. B. Winters yes yes you did
I thought it was a sand storm 😁
So relaxing!
Could you show the difference between those three construction types again and why the one on the custom shoes is better than the Goodyear welted type? What about opanka type construction?
Another great show.
Steve, I know 100% what you mean about cutting towards yourself or your thumb, but when you got that big piece of tape / bandage on your thumb saying you won’t cut your thumb... ha, it’s kinda funny.
Keep up the great work!
Al gansk right???🤣🤣🤣
That’s me brother man!
Did you get any feedback from Mr. Sharif from Dubai regarding the workmanship on the 2 pair of shoes? The customer just got the HIGHEST QUALITY OF REPAIR WORKMANSHIP ON HIS SHOES ..... there has to some form of GRATITUDE!!!
STEVE, MY MAN! Question for you... Do ppl ask if u can repair sneakers? I know you do a lot of "church shoes" lol.. Just thought I'd ask.
Love your channel! 👍🏻LET'S CONTINUE!
Nice repair to the soles and heals. Are the different tips replaceable?
Diggin the new hair Steve!
Awsome work brother.... loves from Fresno....
