This video is from later on in the first national tour of The Secret Garden starring Demaree Alexander (Hill) as Mary, Romain Frugè as Dickon, Kevin McGuire as Archibald, Peter Samuel as Neville, Sean Considine as Colin, Amanda Naughton as Martha, Jacquelyn Piro as Lily, Mary Fogarty as Mrs. Medlock, and Audra McDonald as the Ayah. Any other comments on the cast are appreciated!
Thank you so much for finding and uploading these. This show is an example of why I'm so thankful for 'bootlegs', without them too many wonderful shows (like this one) would fade away into history and be completely forgotten, and that would be a shame. And I consider myself very fortunate to have watched these. So thank you again.

I saw this play in Altrincham after dad suggested it, though only with mum.
Unfortunately I had more knowledge of the story than mum so she had to ask about a few details, though this was ourfirst time seeing this play version. Ended up betting to mum that "Mary Quite Contrary" rhyme could be in it, having turned up in several versions! Though they may not have the red hankies here, that I remember, before the soldiers turn up.
Who is the Mary Lennox in this production? Is it Melody Kaye?
+Art R No, I thought it was Melody Kay, but it's actually Demaree Hill. Daisy Eagan is Mary in the video I have of the OBC. I'd love to find a video of her Mary too, so I'd appreciate it if you let me know if you find anything. I'll keep you updated too in my findings. :)
