I think they had been doing longer vids, with complete scenes included for proper reference, but The BBC got anal about copyright and had the original videos removed.
The beach was a different location to the church, unfortunately don’t know where that is. I know where the church is though, it’s Framsden stMarys Church the street, Suffolk

Same layout of isles & tills inside, same white panels with black boarders above & around the Veg. What I've realised from watching all these OFAH location videos is that none it appears to have been filmed in Peckham. Loads in West London though!!
