Thats one hell of a trip watching those wheels turn. Between the different tread and the camera speed its one crazy illusion watching the inner tires going forward and the duals appearing to go backwards.😁

@@switzerblitzer2701I suspect the video speed has been adjusted...but yet it sounds unaltered so...idk Defenately seams unrealistic to seed so fast. If not, like you say smashy smashy on the rocks. And at a certain speed the extra fuel burn to go fast becomes more expensive than the extra time.
Reminds me when my neighbor runs the swather in high gear, making piles all over just to plug up the combine over and over.

@@switzerblitzer2701 I was going to say the same, certainly not mucking around and yes what ever implement you're using, if it's bouncing to much speed, come back a gear or 2 and let the machine do it's work. Ahh yes, another armchair comment but my observation. Plenty of similar sized Inter's around the bigger cropping regions of Victoria, Wimmera especially. 766, 866 very popular. Andy from Adelaide. cheers

This is definitely one of those tractors that catches fans of different brands attention. I think the JD 4020, IH 1206, AC D21, FORD 8000, MF 1150, MM G-1000 Vista and Oliver 2150 are all tractors that just make people say that’s a cool tractor.

I use to have an International Super A and a Super C. I used both tractors for cultivating and hauling tobacco near the community of Mount Brydges Ontario. In the States one may not know it but tobacco IS actually grown in Canada near the communities of Delhi, Brantford, and Mount Brydges. Not as much tobacco is grown in these areas nowadays like back in the Sixties Seventies and Eighties. I'd imagine that you may not be enthused by such small tractors as your videos specialize mostly on large ones. It sure looks like central Illinois has been very blessed with really good weather seeing a farmer sowing oats already. I just love it when the 1206 blasts out beautiful petroleum diesel smoke. P.S.---Delhi, Brantford, Mount Brydges Ontario.

We used to pull 2 - 15 foot drills with a 1456 and we converted the hitch of a 2 - 6 row painters so we could use just the same hitch for both and we converted by switching the braces for the straight ones for the planter . The one planter or drill was pulled backwards when moving . That was before they had augers to fill the drills .

With the turbocharged 806 engine, the 1206 could do near 120/125 if tuned up
Some 1206 had the 407 cubic inch. Later to become the 1256 It wouldn't surprise me if it were closer to 130/135 hp
But 160 seams a bit much. I don't think the rear end would last long and doubt anything with either engine would reach 160 from factory. The displacement simply does not support the possibility.
