FIRST TIME CANNING | learn from my mistakes lol

This was my first time canning! I realized after I finished editing the video that I literally never mentioned what we were making.... we made apple compote (which is similar to apple butter) from the apple tart recipe in Claire Saffitz’s cookbook Dessert Person. What should we can / preserve next??
