Finally. Motivated enough. I just got unlucky when I ordered the same thing. But I will get it now knowing that it can do good for a beginner like me. Thanks for the vid sir!
It definitely has a bedroom recording quality to it particularly with the vocals and the tinnines of the drums, but it definitely ain't bad. I wish the same company/OEM would release a 40 dollar model, I'd like to see what they would come up with.
Wow👌✌️👍 not just for Mic, but for your individual talent in playing all of it seperately & then mixing it together. Pumps up a lot of motivation in begginers like me.
That´s nice. Proving that we can produce a song with cheap equipment. There is cheap and good equipment, and there is cheap and crap equipment. Thanks for introducing this cheap and good equiment.
+Dorivaldo Junior yeah there are certainly better microphones out there for sure. But this happens to be a great one for the price. Thanks for watching!
After watching this I really couldn't give two hoots about,,,,, well whatever you were reviewing... I was more amazed at your musical ability to play all the instruments and sing.... Good job on that... Oh yes, the BM700. I'll be ordering one as soon as I'm done typing this. Thank you...
The Tonor SF-666 was my first mic, I used that for about 4 months, then I got the Neewer-1500 which I used for 7 months. From there I got the Blue Yeti. I got that in July of last year and it is so amazing. The Tonor alway had issues with the ground line in my house and had electrical interference causing a buzz. It also didn't work half the time. The Neewer had a very sharp sound but flat bass and not enough high end. Also whenever I touched the mic the metal grill would shock me. The Blue Yeti is great, my only complaint is that the stand sometimes comes loose, and the sound isn't as full as I would like. Overall I'm happy with my Yeti.
Hey you got a bass now, congratulations. Now you don't need pitch plugin on your e-guitar anymore. For the microphone...not bad for the money, but i don't like the lack of bass...but you get what you pay for.
My thoughts on each instrument you played Drums: Near perfect, the snare made it a little tinny but not much. 9/10 Guitar 1: Way too loud and not suitable for the mic. Not too bad but it's not a good choice. 4/10 Guitar 2: Really good, not too loud, not too quiet, very good for that guitar. 8/10 Bass: A lot of static but still useable. 6/10 Vocals: Amazing, perfect for the job. 10/10 Acoustic Guitar: Really good. Period. 9.5/10 All in total: Drums to loud. Voice to quiet. Those are my thoughts. Thanks for reading. :D
Very useful review on this mic! I've seen a few videos on it now and I think yours has been the best at showing how versatile it can be! I think I just may purchase this mic and tell my subscribers about it! I share Affordable Tech to my viewers. Thanks for this great video and I'm subscribing for more future videos from you! *Thumbs Up!*
+Jonathan Hatch I used to be a big Mae fan (2005-2007 ish). I've seen them a few times and had bought a few albums (The Everglow is amazing). I'm sure thier music indirectly inspires my writing style in one way or another!
+Random Gerardo Right? Yeah my wife got it for me for Christmas. I plan on just plugging it into my audio interface, hence I don't have an amp for it. I was surprised the little red guitar amp sounded as good as it did with the bass.
So, I can just plug this mic into my laptop and hit record? I don't need anything else? If so I'm definitely getting this. It'll be perfect for Let's Plays and song covers!
I actually didn't get this, I got the Blue Snowball Mic which is fantastic. Definitely recommend that. It's $50 but is worth the price. For mixing and recording/editing audio download the free Audacity.
seeeeeekkkkk test!!!! your are insane dude !!!! congratulation for your content! i subscribe to your channel.. ..no way do don't do it cheers from Angola. I started a channel mainly to post and enjoy drone I just buy
What would you recommend as a step up from this mic? I am looking to get this but I do have a budget of $100 and if I can get a much better setup for that I amount I am willing to do that. But I am a novice when it comes to audio equipment. Looking for your recommendations.
How to add those sound effects after recorded the raw audio? Do you use any kind of software or something? Please help, because am about to make a cover for my mom ....
I've got some nice mics (SM57's. Shure Beta 52, AT2020, Sennheiser e609, etc, etc) but for the price, I'm interested in adding this to the collection. Almost everything is useful once you find what it does best. Can I use a standard XLR cable (I've got Tascam DP24SD recorders)?
Hey audio friends! My new album is out! It's not generic garbage, trust me. I think you'll like it: distrokid.com/hyperfollow/cthreep/karma-harm
I use this mic because my lovely parents got me one and a little adapter from RODE to plug in my iPhone and the audio is amazing
you sound like a good child wow
Hey you got a Bass! No more pitch shifting huh? It sounds awesome. Congrats! Cheers from Colombia!
You should've made a full song. This short song sounds beautiful
Hearing everything alone didn't sound all that good but when you added everything it really blew me away. Amazing job and amazing video!
Finally. Motivated enough. I just got unlucky when I ordered the same thing. But I will get it now knowing that it can do good for a beginner like me. Thanks for the vid sir!
+John Dino Sabeniano You're welcome, let me know what questions you end up having about it.
C-Threep Yea, I'll just wait for the delivery. I ordered it already.
It definitely has a bedroom recording quality to it particularly with the vocals and the tinnines of the drums, but it definitely ain't bad. I wish the same company/OEM would release a 40 dollar model, I'd like to see what they would come up with.
you should google OEM...
Wow👌✌️👍 not just for Mic, but for your individual talent in playing all of it seperately & then mixing it together.
Pumps up a lot of motivation in begginers like me.
WOW, and I just use the Tonor BM-700 for voice over work! It's an Awsome Mic!
I Got The Black One For Christmas And It Works Very GOOD!!
So happy to see you actually got a bass
+The Disingenuous Gamer Me too. It's a lovely thing.
There are more expensive mics on stores that sounds like a jelly fish trying to rap.
can u please do a tutorial video about how to set up the mic settings, like how to make the sounds better
Get an audio interface for it
It gives kinda an artistic coloration to everything, the final result sounded like some demo from the 90s
After watching this I really couldn't give two hoots about,,,,, well whatever you were reviewing... I was more amazed at your musical ability to play all the instruments and sing.... Good job on that... Oh yes, the BM700. I'll be ordering one as soon as I'm done typing this. Thank you...
you should do one using a nicer microphone, but one that plugs into your phone :D just an idea
Thanks for your support, bro. Best wishes in the New Year!
+Tonor Mic Thanks for the opportunity to review the mic!
Woah $15?? This sounds really good for that price dang it's very usable if needed. Also really like this little song you put together
+mario Cazares Thanks, Mario. It was a quick version of an actual song I'm working on.
Excellent demonstration of how product works! Good deal, thanks.
THAT Mic Sounds GREAT, even Un-Mixed, and Your Song Mixed is Awesome! Hope you finish that song with another 3 Minutes...awesome idea
+TopCatJimmyTV Thanks for watching, Jimmy.
C-Threep ThankYou Threep, right on man
the best output came out I was very surprised listening to it.
sounds fantastic
that´s great to start you demo and promote your music at the begining
4:18 is awesome

You finally got a bass!
+Metrics Guy Yep! My wife found it for cheap and gave it to me for Christmas. I'm excited for it.
Hey you got a bass now, congratulations. Now you don't need pitch plugin on your e-guitar anymore.
For the microphone...not bad for the money, but i don't like the lack of bass...but you get what you pay for.
+Martin Gunkel aka Verum Vita Yeah it's not a great sounding mic from a general standpoint, but for that price you can't go wrong.
I agree with that and I wish you a happy new year.
sir......hats....offf
Just for a starter, you get what you pay for. It can come down to how good you mix to make it worth while.
What an amazing video!! You are so talented at what you do! Thank you so much!!
+Spencer Dutton You're welcome, and thank you!
That is awesome! Thanks!
Great video. Really slick. Amazing what you can do on a budget, but you make up for it with talent. Well done. Thanks for sharing. :)
You should make an album

NICE !! All the best wishes for 2017
Actually sounds decentt
My thoughts on each instrument you played
Drums: Near perfect, the snare made it a little tinny but not much. 9/10
Guitar 1: Way too loud and not suitable for the mic. Not too bad but it's not a good choice. 4/10
Guitar 2: Really good, not too loud, not too quiet, very good for that guitar. 8/10
Bass: A lot of static but still useable. 6/10
Vocals: Amazing, perfect for the job. 10/10
Acoustic Guitar: Really good. Period. 9.5/10
All in total: Drums to loud. Voice to quiet.
Those are my thoughts. Thanks for reading. :D
+WorldDominator Thanks for analyzing it! Not such a bad mic considering the cost.
Awesome, take care!
BTW what's that guitar? I'm sorry if you noted it somewhere before, but I really want to know, loving that headstock :D
zircus Haha nothing fancy. It's a Starcaster by Fender. Entry level guitar.
did u have phantom power with that song?
Chris you are so cool!!!!
+Mark McAllister Mark, you little creeper!
@C - Threep you should do a video on how to download studio apps on achromebook
Nice job
Nice video. Thumbs up!!!
+fiona zhao Thanks for the mic :)
Please tell me the band Mae is one of your influences!? Seriously, your voice and writing style has a lot of similarities.
+Jonathan Hatch I used to be a big Mae fan (2005-2007 ish). I've seen them a few times and had bought a few albums (The Everglow is amazing). I'm sure thier music indirectly inspires my writing style in one way or another!
How to record with mic if you don't have a PC?? Please make a video on that
A VIDEO FINALLY
insane man !
awesome
Nice video mate. Could you do a video using this mic with an audio interface? People are looking forward to this, thank you.
4:48 that's too cute!
To be honest this mic doesn't sound too dynamic, not enough low end. But great mix, awesome work!
+Fed Up Fingers Yeah it's very light on the bass.
Damn this guy's good!
Would I be able to run this into a phantom power supply then into a surface pro 4?
For those on an extreme budget, is this compatible with garage band on iPhone?
+abraham ruiz Unfortunately it doesn't work on phones.
C-Threep You can get things that plug into your phone where you can use USB microphones.
abraham ruiz EW Garage Band? Use Caustic instead for sure, it's an actual DAW LOL
Get iRig
nope
What effects did you use on your drums please as they sound huge.
Please make a video on "Making a song with the Mugig Microphone."
Dang, not bad for 15 bucks. Also, I see you have a bass now and that you don't have to do the pitch change technique anymore haha.
+Random Gerardo Right? Yeah my wife got it for me for Christmas. I plan on just plugging it into my audio interface, hence I don't have an amp for it. I was surprised the little red guitar amp sounded as good as it did with the bass.
Yeah it sounded pretty good. It had a nice tone coming from the amp.
Have a good New Years man!
+Random Gerardo You too! Go to Disneyland or something.
Today is a heck no for that. It would be ridiculously packed. There would be no space walking space at all lol.
Damn this is good
very helpful!!
Seems like as loud as you were strumming that acoustic you werent getting much sound?
Loved you on "The Middle". What was it like working with Patricia Heaton? ;P
I can't tell you if it's good or not (since I never bought it) but since it's only $15, I think it's a good deal!
I would recommend phantom power though.
Personally it sounds very harsh drop the extra 50 bucks get a blue snowball and a pop filter, wind screen, stand pack
seeeeeekkkkk test!!!! your are insane dude !!!! congratulation for your content! i subscribe to your channel.. ..no way do don't do it cheers from Angola. I started a channel mainly to post and enjoy drone I just buy
Cool
Awesome !!!!!!!! I have a Neewer NW700 and if the recording is well produced it is a great mic :D
Yeah I hear that microphone is pretty similar to this one.
C-Threep hi mate, dope vids, btw, here, it's 2017 Already XD
+Aaron Media Production Happy 2017! Glad to meet someone from the future.
C-Threep also, I have the Samson c01u pro, in my opinion it's great, but perhaps, can you try it, to produce song
just like this
WOw that is prettty decent man

was the song you recorded already a song? If not you should make a whole version cuz I enjoyed that small snippet of it!
+Jacob Leonard It's a song I have in the works already :) hopefully will finish soon.
Can't wait!
did you use phantom power or did you plug it directly into your computer?
this sounds so U2
gr8 work
Thank you!
C-Threep since the begining 💯
It sounds just as it's priced
Sir plz make video on SF- 922b
how can we add beats(drums) to a acoustic cover using a free software? can you help me plzz ..
Bass should ALWAYS be DI-ed unless you have sonic room in your mix for a bass amp.
Nice video, bro. And what about SF-920? It's really good for its price too!
+Rafael I haven't tried that one, I should 😀
What would you recommend as a step up from this mic? I am looking to get this but I do have a budget of $100 and if I can get a much better setup for that I amount I am willing to do that. But I am a novice when it comes to audio equipment. Looking for your recommendations.
make you sure that you get a phantom power supply
if i want to record my song by this microphone, where i want to record my song?i means, what is the name of the app?
How to add those sound effects after recorded the raw audio? Do you use any kind of software or something?
Please help, because am about to make a cover for my mom ....
I've got some nice mics (SM57's. Shure Beta 52, AT2020, Sennheiser e609, etc, etc) but for the price, I'm interested in adding this to the collection. Almost everything is useful once you find what it does best. Can I use a standard XLR cable (I've got Tascam DP24SD recorders)?
Do a video on the pyle pd78 mic, its a $10 sm57 clone
+Jeremy Plattel I've heard of that mic, maybe I should do that. Thanks for the idea!
how did you make your mic sound good cause mine is shit
wooo aesome
Do you use an Audio Interface for this review?
you videos about mics never help me out because I need a mic that is cheap but does great with metal vocals and I mean screaming
So, I've been thinking about upgrading from a blue snowball usb mic, to the Tonor BM-700. Is there a noticable sound difference?
+junglhaze To be honest I believe the Snowball sounds a bit better
That isn't an upgrade in the slightest, man. The snowball is better.
I'm not experienced with the snowball, but based on reviews, it's better than the Tonor BM-700.
did you make the song with the little usb sound card or you plugged it in an xlr pedal
hey please help me to choose between bm700 ,bm800 and bm100fx.
hey man, congrats!! Do you use some interface or software for recording ? i really like this song!!
+Memórias De Um Casmurro I didn't use an interface, just the mic plugged into my computer! Thanks for watching.
