It's not age that caught up to Vince. He doesn't give 100% anymore. He could give two fucks what he sounds like as long as the money is going into the bank on these shitty tours.
One last breath of greatness. They were never quite the same after this tour. With the exception of the 2005 tour coming close. But still not quite as tight and energetic.
1994 with Corabi...saw last show of tour at Holywd Palladium. Nikki backwards stage dived while crowd carried him STILL played BASS to song 'Hammered' off 94 album. draw dropping amazing! 1994 BEST year for em.. Corabi co wrote Gen Swine but fired cuz label wouldn't release unless Vince back. Saw crew in 89, 94, 99, '00, 2x Cruefests.. AGREE with comments after '00 ↘️ ... and from what I see now with J5 or not it's a literal band version of the EMPEROR'S NEW CLOTHES fable... completely cringe worthy 😖 yet nobody sayin nothin as their crying alllllll way to BANK 🏦💰.. so long as drunk nostalgic 50 and 60-year-olds shell out the coin.. IT will be hittin the road.. no need to lock up your daughter's tho' ... Tom, Vin and Nik are either arguing with (Ex) Wife, Plastic Surgeon and or Accountant via Hotel Room Phone by 10:10 pm.
No disrespect, but I have to disagree. The 2005 reunion tour was light years better than this. This '97 tour was Motley desperately trying to hang on. The '05 Carnival of Sins tour was Motley reclaiming their place at the top of the heap. Carnival of Sins was a celebration (and a killer stage set up). '97 was the band gasping for air. I was a HUGE fan thru it all...and I was there (and on stage this night in Columbus), but at least for me, there was a major difference in the experience.
Ohhh man Vince sounded freaking awesome here, he was great back then, unique voice and style, Nikki great Mick was a beast and Tommy too, they were tight here, simply phenomenal, then what the hell happened to this band, my dear Motley band, seeing videos from the Stadium tour is sad, i still love them though.
I was at the Nov. 26th '97 show, 1 week after this show, and they rocked it. It was at the orange pavilion, pretty small place, and the crowd was pretty small maybe 500. stage curtains caught on fire from the pyro-fireworks! and there was a van in the parking lot with a bull horn shouting that this music is from the devil and to repent.
I was there and on stage at the end! Great show that night, although this tour was indicative of the times. The band was playing smaller venues and not filling them. Looking back, this was an interesting time: Motley trying to stay relevant in the era of Nirvana, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam & STP. Fast-forward to today and who's still standing? Long live Motley.
1:47:10 Just fucking insanity. There is no way in the post-9/11 age that a band could do this. What I love is how the fans rush the stage and go nuts, and yet they don't touch the band members. They still allow them to play and rock the song. In fact they all become backup singers during the Kickstart chorus!
This is one of the better live performances I've seen of theirs. Vince is on top form here and 'Afraid' really rocked. It's a pity they seldom play any of the newer stuff now.
I was at that show. I remember when Nikki invited everyone onstage I immersed looked at a friend of mine and said See ya. I actually went down there and made it onstage without a problem. It was insane and at times scary but it was so much fun
If Vince weighed 220 here there would be 100 comments. Instead he's in shape, sounds great along with the rest of the band. I saw this tour 12 days later in Denver at McNichols.
Mike Greene Primal Scream was shot in 1991. I would put him at about 160 in that video. No way he weighs 190 in this video. No he doesn't sing as well as he did. But I saw both legs of the final tour in Denver and I didn't hear anyone saying he sounded terrible as I was leaving. Read a few hundred comments on YT and they would have you believe there was thousands of people at the box office every night demanding a refund. That was simply not the case. If it were, they wouldn't have sold out shows in stadiums this summer at twice the price...
God damn Nikki Sixx is the sexiest man to ever exist! He’s such a sweetheart too! Love being backstage with him. 😛😛 Great video just needed more of Nikki 😉
I 've seen this show in New York, at the Roseland Ballroom, and after we went to a meet and greet at the Towers Store on Broadway . I told Vince : Dude, I saw you guys at The Monsters of Rock festival in Hungary in 1990 ! He said : Yeah Buddy, that's great , but that was in 1991 ! Of course he was right ...
1994 with Corabi...saw last show of tour at Holywd Palladium. Flush, Afraid, Find Myself.. better than ANYTHING of New Tat or Saints of LA. ... PS- wish i saw this tour cuz this show looks like it was HELLA-fun!
Wasn't really a fan of Generation Swine (album) but was glad got back with Vince on vocals.John Corabi era was good album just didn't feel like "classic "Motley Crue"sound.Seemed like they were jumping through the whole grunge era hoop.Cruehead Forever!🤘
❤❤ Jesus is love and will forgive you for all of your sinns Jesus Christ said the sinner will not see life until he comes to except Jesus Christ In his heart 💝💝 He will not see life
This is at a time when these guys were at their peak and doing great. Fast forward minus Mick Mars, who wrote most of the songs, add John five, and you’ve changed the whole complexion of this band who will never be the same without Mick. Same goes for ZZ Top, my favorite band, will never be the same without Dusty
It's terrible what the other band members did to Mick. Basically kicking him out, nobody can play the crue song on the guitar like him. John 5 is good but he's not Mick
Vince sounds great here. We all age. It can’t last forever.
It's not age that caught up to Vince. He doesn't give 100% anymore. He could give two fucks what he sounds like as long as the money is going into the bank on these shitty tours.
the funny thing is I remember back then people were making fun of him for being fat, they were even calling him fat in 93.
Wow This is Crue at the best time to see them live, Vince is amazing Tommy and Mick killing it. And Nikki keeping it together. Amazing Band.
One last breath of greatness. They were never quite the same after this tour. With the exception of the 2005 tour coming close. But still not quite as tight and energetic.
Agreed. 97, 98 and 99 were good. Slow downhill slide after that. 05 and 08 were good but not great.
I saw them this summer. It’s interesting how some bands never loose it, while others kinda do.

Whatever they sounded amazing during carnival. It was better than this lol
Love this i was on 15yrs old on stage at this show. One of the best moments of my life! Motley Crue
I'm sorry
Can you see yourself in the video?
When Vince was back in Crüe! Makes me so happy. It’s not Mötley Crüe without Vince Neil! 😍❤️❤️
I saw this tour in Austin. This is right after Tommy Lee was released from jail.
Mick held it all together.
Tommy is the musical glue that holds the Crue together ❤❤
Tommy, then Mick ❤❤
Ohhh man Vince sounded freaking awesome here, he was great back then, unique voice and style, Nikki great Mick was a beast and Tommy too, they were tight here, simply phenomenal, then what the hell happened to this band, my dear Motley band, seeing videos from the Stadium tour is sad, i still love them though.

30 Seconds to mars have done it a LOT
I dunno man.. I think Vince had to jump up top so he could sing undisturbed..still tho' hella good show! 🤘
Tommy is a pig
Amazing
Steel Panther do it all the time!
This is one of the better live performances I've seen of theirs. Vince is on top form here and 'Afraid' really rocked. It's a pity they seldom play any of the newer stuff now.
There's a few really good songs on Generation Swine.
I was at that show. I remember when Nikki invited everyone onstage I immersed looked at a friend of mine and said See ya. I actually went down there and made it onstage without a problem. It was insane and at times scary but it was so much fun

Mike Greene How's he not in shape?

GLITTER SOUNDS SO GOOD HERE OMFG. such an underrated song imo
Won tickets to this on QFM 96 and watched from the balcony. Unreal!
Tommy’s DW mirror ball drumkit. One of my favourite kits of his.
Vince sounds GREAT here, Mick kills as usual... The setlist could have used some tweaks but I get it, they wanted to play new stuff...
My favorite Era seeing Motley. In 1997 in Wichita Kansas.
What a freaking great show. They rocked so hard
Holy shit. I was there. Met tommy and nikki before the show. I was 11the row center
Nice. I haven’t seen this since 1997 in Columbus Ohio.

49:50..for over 20 years I thought Tommy was magical..but wait a minute, I think that was a trick...
Damn, this is amazing. Wish I could have seen them here, to bad I was only 2! lol
I loved this show, made it on stage too as a 18yr old college freshman, the rest of college life paled in comparison!!!

Wasn't really a fan of Generation Swine (album) but was glad got back with Vince on vocals.John Corabi era was good album just didn't feel like "classic "Motley Crue"sound.Seemed like they were jumping through the whole grunge era hoop.Cruehead Forever!🤘

I really liked Generation Swine for the most part.
Same I don’t get it’s hate aside from Brandon of course
Great album. Not the Motley Crûe 80s style but kinda Grunge Indus sound that i like too.
The bass solo, lol
This was before Vince’s liver failure kicked in!
❤❤ Jesus is love and will forgive you for all of your sinns

@MrStormshadow999 yo mama.
@MrStormshadow999 she already knows, we don't do a lot of talking.
correct
Agreed.
12 string?
Listning to Mick here shows how much talent and power he has behind that guitar man, don't get me wrong John 5 is amazing but he's just not MARS man
This is definitely the end of Motley Crue here… after this it was all down hill
1:33:00 hold on for the cringe...you've been warned. "SHES YOUR MOM!!!"
Proof that the background vocals were a backing track all along.
This is at a time when these guys were at their peak and doing great. WHAA WHAA WHAA WHAA. STOP COMPLAINING AND WHO Cares about your feelings😂😂😂😂😂😂
1:15:10
It's terrible what the other band members did to Mick. Basically kicking him out, nobody can play the crue song on the guitar like him. John 5 is good but he's not Mick
Vincing in a concert with a piece of chewing gum in his mouth
Back when Vince was Neil not meal
The garbage that made up the 80’s them journey and Adam Ant… 😂
Absolutely garbage except for the guitar
Kinda sucks.
MOTLEY CRUE FOREVER...
NO camera time for the back bone of the band,MICK MARS,lame!
