We Put a Thundermax tuner on our 2024 CVO ST!

  • Follow us as we install a Thundermax auto Tuner and download a base tune on our 2024 CVO ST. This is one of the first aftermarket tuners compatible with the new 2024 Touring models (NON VVT). Not only do we show you how easy it is to install a Thundermax tuner, but we also pair it with our brand-new Redline 2-1 Performance exhaust system and put this combo to the test by doing a few quick dyno pulls to gather some baseline numbers and information. These pulls were Soley done just with the base map and no further tuning. Pretty impressive for the first go around.

    Really need to see some more content about your new 2-1 pipe.
    I currently have the Kromewerks 2-2 aggressor with your Tab 4.5s with the medium baffles in my 124. I really want go get a 2-1 on there. I’m sure some numbers were left on the table. And I just want to change it up.
    Any chance to get a vid of that 2-1 pipe on either a cammed bike or even better a big more bike ?
    From this vid looks like no dip in there. Def what I’m looking for

      We will be working on more videos. It's weather dependent currently in Nebraska so it takes our team a bit longer, but some good sound clips on Professional Monkey's channel for the 2-1 option.

    What was power and torque difference in numbers??

      On a built bike we recently tested we jumped 11-12 on HP and TQ vs. our typical header and slip-on system, but where we really noticed is more consistent gains over the entire power band more than just peak numbers. You can watch Roberts video on Be the boss of your motorcycle as he shows his swap and dyno results by Blockhead.

      Mine as well. Thought it was the new motor the dealer installed but your comment makes me wonder. I get the scan bar now which links to the HD site for subscription.
