Absolute wizardry in these little guys, just gets me more hyped for the future of this line! Great look at him Russ, thanks for these kind of reviews I certainly appreciate them.
I'm so glad they made these, I collect G1 Takara and the cost of the minibots in boxes is extremely high. I never managed to get Cliffjumper and Bumble, so these will fit in great.
Of all the versions I owned I'm very interested in this one. I had red pre rub, yellow rub. G2. Plus, Throttlebot Goldbug and Pretender Bumblebee and I really liked the Pretender version.
Amazing figure, love that he comes with a chromed gun and it has weapon storage! Chrome is what today’s figures are lacking the most. But after watching Sixo’s video, where he mentioned there’s a QC issue as the shoulder joints are loosening and the head sticks out a bit in vehicle mode, I’m a bit concerned. Apparently the latter is a design decision.
I’ve got mine, along with Cliffjumper, on Preorder with Hasbro Pulse. Unfortunately, they aren’t scheduled to arrive until after the first of the year (I think they approximate Feb., but may show up sooner). Can’t wait for them to start shipping!
I’ve just got mine and they’re amazing, I hope that they do the rest of the mini bots like Brawn, Huffer etc they would be interesting to see reengineered 🙏😃
Can't wait till Windcharger's, he'll probably be the last release. Also am I that finds it weird that they haven't done any Destrons yet, you would think they would've done the Seekers by now cause of all of the repaints they could get out of that mold.
If the Japanese called the Autobots Cybertrons, what did they call the planet? If they called it Cybertron also that would add to the newer lore that the autobots were discriminating against the decpticons.
Not worth the price if you ask me. $30 would be an instant buy for me. $35, maybe an impulse buy. $40, I'll pass on principle alone. I bought the Prime for $73 and that I think that was worth it. This tiny thing is not worth $40 and I've overpaid for a lot of Legends scale figures.
Where have you been these last 4 years? Have you gone grocery shopping? Have you gone out to dinner? Have you gotten gas? Have you got clothes? Do you pay rent? Everything is up 25 30%. Including our beloved toys. But things are going to be getting better
I did initially think they were a tad expensive. But now having him in hand you can see how much engineering has gone in to them. Plus unfortunately this is the price of toys now
@@ToysareRuss Hey Russ, Bumble's head is not intended to push further in, as that is where the penny would have been placed, of course before transformers, the Bumblebee & Cliffjumper toys were based on Takara Choro-Q, known in the west as penny-racers with the penny allowing the cars to do wheelies.

Glad you liked it. I much preferred to “learn as I went along” with this guy. He surprised me so much.
Great review. Thanks! Collecting this entire line. Loving the styrofoam too!
Thanks for watching! Yeah I love the takara packaging .

If they could do this with Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Cliffjumper, then Missing Link Megatron (assuming there will be one) is going to be insane!
I'm betting soundwave will be up soon
I can see both of these happening
Let's go to Takara. Keep them coming!!
Exactly! I love missing link
Awesome transformers G1 takara tiny bumblebee
I challenge them to do starscream that DOESN'T parts form
That’s the real challenge
They should do the bubble packaging where the card can slide in and out, for collectors.

There's rumoured to be a Destron release next year in between Sunstreaker and whatever C-07 ends up being. We don't know who it'll be yet though.
This is a highly informative video review by a G1 Guru!
🎉😊👏
Glad it was helpful! Thanks very much
@ToysareRuss 🙏

Can you say more about the stretched logos? I've not heard about this. Is there an article or side by side pics somewhere?
Russ what is the Optimus leaked for age of the prime (star convy) btw can you put a link for showz classic class megaton
Does the head panel still break off super easily
Not on this guy it’s super reinforced

The head doesn't sit flush on my mine in vehicle mode either, I think that might just be the limit of the engineering.
It’s not just mine then
