RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
· 6 Eggplants
· Pork tenderloin 250 g / 8.82 oz
· Bacon 450 g / 15.87 oz
· 5 cloves of garlic
· Parsley 5 sprigs
· Salt
· Black pepper
· Olive oil
COOKING:
On high heat, first heads down for 6 minutes
then cook them for 7 minutes on the other side
