Have you tried the Omega Granophyre? I use it exclusively for L/R rhythms, because it’s a super clean, snappy amp, with less overall gain- perfect for hard rock/metal, then i follow up the center track with something like the SLO-x, or Cali. I never use reverb or delays on my guitar rhythms, so the drum reverb doesn’t bleed and muddy up the overall mix.
@@allendean9807 I have tried all Neural DSP plugins, the Granophyre was the first one and all of them disappointed me completely soundwise. So I was very surprised, that the SLO really sounds so good and authentically, but the rest does not.
There are a few reasons for this, imho; he’s playing with very heavy bottom strings, which will often warm up your tone, and, he’s playing with a lower gain, seemingly. Also, i prefer to use non neural DSP impulse responses. Currently, i use the free IR’s from spectre digital, and they really bring a lot of shine to the amp, and it gives a very late 80’s vibe. I play with 9-46 strings, too, which are far brighter than the heavy, 10-52’s that i imagine he’s running. I recommend a demo version, because i think you’ll enjoy the sim, and the standalone player
Damn, this video made it to neural dsp's email blast! Congratulations bro
Sounds great, Thanks for the presets !!
It's the BEST Neural DSP plugin for me!)
just searched for this, posted three minutes ago 😂 cheers man
Nice update, as the SLO-100 is the only Neural DSP plugin, which I really like. I only missed the Doubler.
The doubler is amazing! And I really fell in love with this plugin again after the update. Cheers!

@@allendean9807 The Granophyre is amazing, gotta agree!
Soldano is a beast
how did you change the look of your amp? Yours has that snake skin pattern and my is plain black
click on the chassis I think.
Is there a tuner in the plugin??
You bet! Bottom left corner.
@Joshhammondmusic ah!! Found it. The window size when using it in reaper is utterly horrendeous.

Maybe this plugin is a power but in your mix it sounds like nothing.Just saying.
Thanks for your feedback! 🎉
Hard disagree. Mix sounds great. Guitar sounds great in the mix.
