Dell R720 Install Windows 2008 R2

Configure 11TB RAID6, then install OS using the Dell Lifecycle controllers "Deploy OS" function. The reason for using this method is that it will slipstream in the appropriate drives for your OS. Saves you the task of hunting down individual drivers on the Dell website and installing them one at a time. Once completed your device manager should not show any exceptions (exclamation points).
