In this video, we will show you how to install Windows Server 2019 on your Dell PowerEdge R240 server. The installation will require the use of a flash drive and a Windows Server ISO file. For the installation you will not need an active Internet connection. To start to installation, put the flash drive containing the ISO file into your R240 and boot up the system. During POST, press F11 to go to Boot Manager. In boot manager you can select the ISO file and begin the installation. We will show the rest of the steps in the video. How were you able to boot to a blank USB thumbdrive with just an ISO file copied to it? I try that and get a message the thumb drive is not bootable?
