Hello Medo Medo, you may need to load the PERC drivers first, found on the Drivers and Downloads page for your system: dell.to/46CJA5Y
If the drives are still not found after loading these drivers, please contact the Dell Support directly at dell.to/46DjyiR
Thank you.
How do we know driver installed successfully during os deployment. Becauesy newer windows have their own default compatible driver.
Hi @wintojuniorkhosasih2788, the OS Deployment should use the selected OS Driver Pack. You can check if the driver versions installed are identical to the ones in the driver pack after the deployment is finished.
If you need further help, please contact the Dell Support at dell.to/49XnWfa
Thank you
Friend could you explain how to update the driver package for windows 2019? Mine shows up to 2016. I've looked in several places and everyone says it needs to be updated, but no one says how :-(
Could you do me this favor?

Brother, have you solved it? I ran into the same problem
@@jon9277 yes. you have to disable some option on BIOS related to cpu cores. disable it, install OS, and enable it afterwards.
