Throughout my life I have hopped between many different musicians/bands never attaching myself to anyone in particular, but for some reason Martin Gore is the one musician and songwriter that has always remained there, somewhere, in the background, or at the forefront, never being missed off a mixtape, sorry 'playlist'. His music just seems to strike a chord with my emotions, he has to be one of the best songwriters of my generation.
Gary Numan got me into Electronic music, but Martin Gore has kept me there!

This album is a testament of a man's talents and ideals. It never was targetted to be a DM album, infact it maybe too detached from the DM sonic signature or for mass consumption somewhat. As a long time DM from the early 90s the musical complexities within make absolute sense. As a sketch book that could have been unknown from a great artist, this is a glimpse of his sonic capacities not for the faint of heart. This has to be his best personal published work to date. I simply cannot wait for more. Bravo Mr Gore.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mart in Durham, NC at Moogfest. I can certainly say that he, and DM, have been one of the largest influences in my musical endeavours. Such a humble, and forthright human being.
I listened do this album thinking who is this mg hes pretty good. Then found out it was Martin from the Depeche. Great work :)

Dude is a mad scientist of making music. Most bands tire out after awhile and now that David is writing - who knows how many more successful albums we’ll see. Usually as the artist gets old he/she loses the creative fun sparkle that gave them their fame. Hopefully, this will never happen with dm
