That's one of my favorite pieces I have seen anyone pour. Just lovely.
Oh wow thank you June!
The heart with the photo is so lovely...and I really like how you fixed the bubbles !!!
Thank you very much Monique xx
What a beautiful memorial to your dad. I love it.
It's gorgeous, your Dad was so precious.
Thank you Pam, yes he really was precious in every way xx
Aww Louise this is stunning and what a little cutie pie is your dad ❤️
I think paper flowers look great in there. And you don't have to stress about some of the issues with real dried! This memory heart 💜 is fabtastic!😻😻
So beautiful. That mould is great and perfect for making keepsakes like this. So special is lovely x
Hi Louise, what a beautiful job. The whole idea is amazing. Another piece made with love for your Dad. Thank you for sharing this beauty with us.
Thank you so much Lynne. My dad will always be an inspiration to me. Even though he is in heaven the memories still inspire creativity xx
Louise you are so fab, I can also tell what a gorgeous kind person you are whilst watching you! You clever thing you! Thanks for your fab videos. I’m an artist too and don’t watch loads of artists- but you are fab. Thankyou for your inspiration 🔥
Aw thank you so much for your kind words Cathy. I don’t watch many artists either, I find that I just want to recreate what they have made but sometimes other peoples work inspires me to take it in another direction if that makes sense.
Thanks so much for all the details! Beautiful and great tribute to your dad 😀
Thank you very much Carolyn xx
Oh, Louise, such a beautiful tribute to your daddy! I just LOVE it! ❤ Those neutral paper flowers are absolutely *perfect* for the sepia-toned photo. 😘 The effect is sweet and vintage-y, very tastefully done! ❤ Well done, girl! 😊👍
I am dismayed to hear that Lets Resin's mold sagged in the back due to the weight of the resin, though. I almost bought this mold. Only thing I can think of to avoid that problem is to cut out sections to fit the back side, of stout styrofoam, foamboard, or heavy cardboard. That should do the trick, from what I've seen when other resin and acrylic artists have done their various pours.
Wait...you *could* do one other thing...just thought of it! You could make your own silicone mold of this finished piece. That, or make a clear casting, then a mold from that.
Louise, how beautiful this turned out. Love it.
I think you are brilliant and a great teacher. Thank you.
Thank you so much Karla xx
I also learned the hard way that ink runs, when I used a picture with nothing protecting the image. For the second try, I covered my pic in packing tape, working hard not to get lines from the edge of the tape and it worked! Love keeping the base clear. Looks expensive.
Love this Louise 😍 A great way to have a keep sake.Loved the fact you used the paper flowers as they look great.😍
I saw another video which showed how she made a template. She used acetate and traced around the inner part. So easy, hope this also helps others
What a treasure! Definitely a keepsake piece. Truly outstanding.
Thank you for this Louise, I am about to do this mold and you have given some really handy tips so thankyou!! ❤ That is such a cute lil pic of your precious Dad too. The whole piece came out just beautifully ❤❤
Thank you very much Rechelle xx

In fact, I'm making a Christmas gift for my parents using 2 photos on transfer paper using the methods I've learned from you. Thank you so much for all of the great knowledge and projects that you share!!

So Beautiful
Gorgeous!!
Thank you xx
This is beautiful, Louise. I’m going to try it as soon as it’s warm enough outside in the spring. I can’t use epoxy resin inside my small ranch (bungalow) house. Thanks for showing us the steps. 👏🏻😁
Hi Louise this turned out beautiful 😍 are the paper flowers sealed? Love the picture of your dad 😍 thank you for sharing ❤️ xx
Hi Louise, Your Dad would be so proud of you for creating such a Beautiful work of art & I bet your Mam really loved it Did you have to Secure the heart ❤️ with resin to the stand ❤️👍🎄 Lin
Thank you Linda, yes my mum loves it. No I didn’t secure the heart to the stand but it could easily be done xx
Hi Louise, Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my Query ❤️👍🎄
Louise thank you for your videos I find them so helpful. Just one question, how do you get such clear photos on your transparency film. I use a colour laser printer but they never as clear as yours, even with your pyramid one which I tried
That turned out so beautiful and that photo is so sweet! What a wonderful tribute to your dad. I would love to do something like that for my mom and dad. I just happened to think. You could print the photos on printable vinyl and you wouldn't have to worry about sealing it. Do you think that could work?
Thank you Lisa, hmmm I’m not sure about that. I haven’t used printable vinyl before, I will have to have a go ❤️
I've got that same mold, and I hate how it bulges in the back. After using it once, I now put only a thin layer of resin on and make sure it's cured before adding anything to the heart
Good thinking!
Hey Louise… I wanted to pop in and ask how your flowers have held up. I use to design for “Wild Orchid Crafts” and I have tons and tons of mulberry flowers that I’d love to use. Thanks for any heads up you can offer ❤
Hi, the flowers look exactly the same as the day I made it so it’s a definite thumbs up for the flowers 🌸
@@LouiseSingletonCreations YAY! Thank you! 😊
Beautiful..won't the paper flowers change color when Resin is poured..Do we spray varnish them first ?..Thanks
Thank you. No I didn’t seal the flowers. They darken a bit in the resin and the pale flowers go slightly translucent but that is the only change.
@@LouiseSingletonCreations Thanks for your response...Will try this for sure 😊👍
