I was sleeping in my bed this morning..my 78 year old dad ask me to get an listing to your show before i enter into my parents bedroom he said i love you so don't get upset my mother smiling they like get in the bed get comfortable afterwards listen he said I will buy if you promise you try to follow his weight loss plan I have faith in you I'm not super big but he here me complain about my 183 body weight

Praying God give u a plan of action. The Holy Spirit dealt with me not to buy candy N chips in bulk. An to cut out pork. My heart is better, it was hurting. I was headed 4 a heart attack.

God led them there years ago. Not easy for them but God has been faithful.
