The slowly and quietly putting a box back while getting the courage of opening up yet another perfume is my favourite 😂, it illustrated the calendar perfectly.

I honestly have no words for this one, your frustration can be felt through the video! I'm torn between being disgusted at the company and honestly a little tickled at your frustration! Hi, just wanted to let you know, they give those charms away for free with a purchase. 😂. Same with those weird perfume tubes, they are free samples.
Another fun fact; you can take your shoes to a cobbler and get the red soles put on the bottom for less than 20USD!

I shouldn't be surprised by anything these "high end" brands put in their advent calendars when it comes to "samples", but they still find ways to get me everytime. I just kept thinking "well, it's not stickers"...💀😭

Yes, I watched another youtuber (I can't remember her name) who also opened this calender. She is a fan of the brand and was familiar with shopping in the stores. She was disgusted with the collection too, especially since about half of it was actually free samples in store.
It was also very rude to not even give the lipstick fill the day after the case. If they insisted on being so cheap to separate it into two days, they could have at least been on consecutive days.
I feel it really speaks to how low class and cheap this "luxury" brand actually is.
I know from Tati their makeup is EXPENSIVE. So this should be good 😅

Broken, mangled product isn't cool regardless of price point. I'd exchange a lipstick in that condition even if it came from Target. Of course accidents happen, but with so many broken products in one calendar, they're definitely cheaping out at the manufacturing and packaging levels.
Agreed. Harrods managed to make sure their advent calendar didn't have a bunch of mangled crap in it and it came all the way from England. This calendar felt like a brand that actively loathes its customers.

The lipstick case with charm bracelet accessories reminds me of an SNL kit from 2017 (?) on Pandora jewelry. Clueless husbands purchasing the base bracelet as a holiday gift and the wife sadly realizing all future gifts will be charms for the stupid bracelet. 😂😂😂

This box almost looks like they sent you a returned box? I saw another unboxing of this and I think everything was wrapped in red tissue paper. That is so aggravating especially if it had been a gift for someone. I would try to return it.

That 'reusable' lipstick container, with the chain and charms, looks like something you would buy at Claire's (and it would come without any actual lipstick too). They'd probably charge less but still more than it's actually worth.
I was having an awful day. Went to the dentist, who fixed a tooth and took all my money. Got home, collapsed on the sofa for literal HOURS, and did not have the spoons necessary to go to choir - which is my ONE weekly scheduled free time activity that I really love to do.
Then you uploaded this. I had already watched Lauren May Beauty unbox this calendar, so when I saw that YOU were doing it, I literally gasped and clicked on it immediately.
Thanks to your suffering through this, I finally got up from the sofa, got myself some food and a cup of coffee (caffeine free), and sat upright and smiled and ate and watched.
Finally. After HOURS of ADHD mental/emotional fatigue induced paralysis, I was re-animated. Brought back to life.

I think it’s great you decided to work more like a make up artist and swatch without contaminating the product. I stan a Queen who doesn’t waste and understand each product may have value for someone. I am so tired of UA-camrs decluttering products for views aka throwing it in the trash while there are people who can’t even afford makeup. I appreciate that you are thinking about a way to show us products in a more grateful/caring way.
PLEASE reach out to customer service ESPECIALLY since you have the whole unboxing recorded to prove what you are saying, and see what they offer you to fix things. I would REALLY like to know what their customer service is like and if they will replace what is broken and messed up etc etc I think it would truly be valuable for all of us to know what they say and how the return/replacement process goes. If they are willing to fix the things that are broken, while still being a hassle at least they stand behind their brand and we will kjowif we do purchase from them in the future at least they will fix it.
Cherry Wallis bought the really expensive Disney swarovski crystal calendar this year and she had some issues with some stuff being printed incorrectly and she reached out to them and it took so long for them to get back to her that she just wanted the refund at that point instead of replacements. They took so long to get back to her though that she was almost out of the refund window...
I would be really interested to see if louboutin does the same thing or if they actually will fix their mistakes

We use paper bags to put fried chicken in after they come out of the oil. It absorbs the grease and keeps your chicken warm until the rest is done. You have quite the fried chicken bag there ma’am 🤩

And, if you are a LV regular, you get those little vials AS SAMPLES WITH A PURCHASE. Learned that on a UA-cam channel that is a LV collector. They were even furious with this calender.

My son who became a single day last summer was looking for stuff for his 16 year old daughter and of course his lady friends were telling him to get her one of these . I told him not this year let me watch "my girl" lol and will let him know .

The beginning experience of that box was more of a damn Dollar General experience than Lobouton experience with the chipped paint ,no tissue paper wrappers, busted up box empty comtainor amd to start off with a damn black eyeliner at that!!!!!! Cheap cheap cheap! ! not to mention the damn charms and perfume samples they give away!!!!
If your testing multiple fragrances, if you keep a little cup of coffee beans and smell them in between it should clear the pallet a bit so they don’t run together💖🥰💄❤️

I totally agree with you. The only good thing I could think of was you didn't get "sample not for resale". That said, the quality was awful. That one lipstick looked liked it was chewed or clawed by something. I do enjoy watching Tater and Wren in the background all warm and cozy. Wren using Tater as a pillow was precious and everytime you got frustrated Wren's head popped up to make sure Mamma was okay. So precious! Thanks for doing these expensive calendars for us so we know what not to buy. Unfortunately, you had to pay an outrageous price for products that were far from luxury. Take care!

Yeah… for some reason I actually watched another channel open up this same Advent Calendar back in December.
(I say “for some reason” because, generally speaking, 99.9% of my Advent Calendar unboxing video content is consumed on your channel. The other channel that I watched this through must’ve had an incredibly alluring thumbnail/title for me to have watched it there instead of waiting to see if Louboutin was a part of your Advent-Calendar-A-Thon. lol. 🤷🏼)
_Anyway,_ as soon as I saw that it was the Louboutin Advent Calendar’s time to… eh… “shine” (For lack of a MUCH better word.), I knew that we were in for *quite* the ride! (Well, really just _you_ were the one in for a ride and we just get to watch! lol.)
Now when it comes to the issues with this Advent Calendar, you absolutely *NAILED* Every. Single. Criticism. *FOR $600* not a damn thing should be broken. Let alone *multiple* items. *FOR $600* there shouldn’t even be *one* damn _vial_ of perfume, let alone… you got, what… like _8 to 10_ of them?! Jesus lover. How freaking ridiculous! *FOR $600,* every damn one of them should be one of those adorable, miniature bottles FOR SURE - FOR SURE! *FOR $600,* again you were 100% correct, that that first “lipstick case” should *absolutely* already come with some damn lipstick with/in it, followed by a couple of refills (For real this time!) later on in the Calendar. Oh, and last but CERTAINLY not least, *FOR $600,* if they _insist_ on putting a damn keychain in the Calendar, they sure as hell shouldn’t be splitting the charms up into 4 different boxes/days! That’s absolutely RIDICULOUS!!
Now, while we’ve all _certainly_ seen worse Advent Calendars over the years, this Louboutin one is still pretty damn close to being straight up trash. And a HUGE reason for that being the case is because it’s *600 DAMN DOLLARS!!!* It is just SOOOO wild to me that pretty much EVERY DAMN “Luxury Advent Calendar” is shit! I guess rich people just _really_ love wasting their money! lol.
