My mom bought me a pair of black suede over-the-knee slouch boots maybe six years ago? seven years ago? for Christmas. I still have them today because they really are classic. The heel is cone-shaped as well. I'm going to brunch tomorrow with my sister and cousin, and now I'm inspired to pull the boots out to wear.

Awsome styling! I always start with my shoes or boots when I don't know what to wear. A great pair of shoes usually gives me the inspiration to build an outfit around them. I bought the white Zara boots too, but was so let down with the color when I opened the box. I meant to replace them with another great white pair I have that has become a bit snug. I was very surprised to discover that the Zara pair was very small to size. I have slim feet that usually fit anything, but they were almost a size too small🤣. By the way, I had the same experience as you in getting hold of them as they were sold out all the time. I am a 37, and it certainly seemed like a lot of people is that size as well. Really wish Zara would start putting the size their models are wearing in their online description. Would be so helpful.
I get so much out of your videos! I have been following you since early this year and I never fail to pick up a few great tips, right on the mark trend forecasts, and great items at every price point. Not only that...resources....Need Supply, Selfredges, Brown, Topshop, Shopbop...your picks are the best. The snake skin coat in khaki from Topshop is GORGEOUS. I ordered the purple satin kitten heels....which you reviewed...from Topshop as the Balenciaga knife shoes in that gorgeous green was a bit too expensive (I blew my budget on the Ganni White and Croc boots). With my budget blown away by Ganni, I needed to find sales and high street versions of other pieces. I did order the Zara snake skin leather boots and they did not fit my ankles. So, I went to Asos...who had a sale on the MANGO vegan leather snake skin shooties...and ordered those. The H&M version of the Ganni sweaters are still going strong in my wardrobe AND I was able to pick up a lilac GANNI hand knit at a great discount at the end of season from NEED SUPPLY. THE uniqlo sweaters that you featured are incredible. I LOVE THEM and at 29.90 WOW! I ordered the light grey, cream, light green, navy blue, blue, yellow, and pick. You are right on about them...so easy to layer and SO soft. THANKS FOR ANOTHER GREAT VID!
