From Jason: "On top of being the biggest buck I’ve ever killed, the typical 12-point could be a new Ohio record. It has a 22 ½-inch inside spread, 26- and 29-inch mainbeams, and tines pushing 14 inches. Scorers with Buckmasters Whitetail Trophy Records gave it a green score of 208 5/8, which makes it the new No. 1 in Buckmasters’ Perfect category for all weapons. A panel of Boone and Crockett scorers plan on measuring the buck in late December after the 60 day drying period, and if that score holds, it would be a new state record, according to B&C. It would also go down as the No. 3 all-time typical whitetail in the B&C record book."

My 85 year old grandma got a 7 point this year with the croosbow.
Did the game wardens come and harass you and your family for weeks even tho you took it legally? Cuz thats what i expect. Just like anyone who shoots a big buck.
After reading the title, I am very certain that I will never have this problem, lol.
Crack me up! The "older" hunters "who hunted through the 90's and early two thousands"- are you kidding me! I'm 60 still do 70 push-ups and split my wood by hand and I started hunting at age 16, as required back then by law, in the late 70's! You boys sure have a weird idea of age- but I guess you'll learn...btw I took two rifle deer this year. One shot each- no blind, no bait, no high fence. "Old timers"- Fudds as some call us can still drop em cold. But congrats on a dandy buck!
I'm 61 and in better shape than most 30 year Olds...😂😂😂
@@craigchamblee5765 im 64 and still do construction every day with two fake knees , i spent close to 30 days this yr in a treestand and love every minute, been bowhuntin for 50 yrs,
Sorry forgot to mention the Johnny King buck which was to take over the milo hansen buck as new world record typical
Because of the common base on 2 of the points
Insane buck
Unfortunately if you have a panel of Boone and Crockett scorers
The left antler g3s and 4s appear to share a common base
Also the right antler g5 might be considered an inner point thus the broken off 5th point is actually the g5
Thus potentially really hurting the net typical frame alot
B&C considered the G3 on both the left and right side abnormal. G4 on the left side was considered typical
Love the Buckmasters Scoring System. Just score the bone!
Not sure of this but its my understanding that Northeast Big Buck Club was the first to acknowledge the King buck as no. 1. With you 100% on the decline of honesty by B&C.
Could you imagine if they keep his deer and give him a replica.
As people veer from B&C the more value it will hold.
Yea I guess everyone has seen the news about cj now !!??
Easy! everyone says you poached it or its not real
Isn’t that the truth!
@ExodusOutdoorGear or in the case of the king buck one dude from Boone and Crockett thinks he's judge , jury, and executioner
