Love this episode. Land management is as enjoyable as hunting.

You guys covered some good nuances of land management. Keeping up with invasives after clearing an area/trying to establish new growth is paramount. I am not a fan of tree tubes, we cage everything except evergreens. Probably 500+ cages on our property lol its a lot of work

The more of this stuff I do the more I gravitate towards 90 percent of my efforts into TSI and bedding cover. Clover and/or rye food plots. Keeping it simple. Mostly kill plots. One acre would be the largest at most. Preferably half to 1/10.

Not related to this video but was wondering if we could get some clarity with the new SIM cards and new app. Some buddies and myself run cams and in different states and usually get them out beginning of July for velvet fest and don’t wanna get the cams out and going and find out July 10th that the sims are in and it’s time to convert to the new app. Just wondering if there could please be an update on the progress so we can make plans for the July cams. Thank you
