Dwayne was an absolute blast to hang out with! He even let us chase some turkeys around with him. Dude is ate up with deer and is killing some GIANTS! Thanks for the tour and hospitality!

Didn't catch what state this was but how does a specific area consistently produce big non typicals.
I know that a non fatal injury like a broken front left leg can cause a bucks right antler to grow funky the next year.
But for both sides to be non typical for a year or multiple season's, is it age, genetics, feed or a combination of the like??

I’m not sure about WT but for mule deer it’s mainly genetics. There’s an area in my state where lots of non typical bucks are shot and there’s an area in Montana where all the bucks are tall typicals
