I would’ve loved to see this event, but I live in Colorado and the event was in Wales, so the obvious answer was no when I pitched the idea to my parents. Even though I didn’t make it this year, I really hope I can make it the next time this event happens. The footage you got was absolutely incredible!
Hopefully in 2023, I'll be able to attend Awdry Extravaganza 3 (if it happens) as I live in a certain island known as "Australia", which means I'm half a world away from the Talyllyn Railway. Still, there's always next year.
Maybe they are starting to see the real reason for the popularity of The Railway Series, and the Thomas And Friends TV Show. Edit: Better now than never I suppose.
